I enlisted the services of Complete in Newton Abbot to sell my 3-bedroom mid-terraced house in Buckland, and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. From the moment I contacted them, they were efficient and proactive. The team wasted no time in organizing photography and discussing the best ways to market my property.
My main point of contact was Becca, who was always available to address any questions or concerns I had. However, I must also commend Joe and Steph for their professionalism and helpfulness. Becca conducted viewings with potential buyers and her knowledge of the area was instrumental in showcasing the property effectively.
Thanks to the team's expert tactics, my house had three viewings before even being listed online, and it was sold within 24 hours of being on the market. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed and updated by Steph, who was proactive in following up with solicitors and up the chain.
Overall, my experience with Complete was excellent. They sold my house quickly and professionally, I am truly grateful for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Complete estate agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I would think twice before renting with Complete lettings Newton Abbot, I am not one for leaving reviews good or bad but I have decided to post this review to warn others about their corrupt ways.
I rented a property from Complete lettings recently, please make sure if you are renting a property from Complete that you thoroughly check through your inventory and address any photos that are unclear or do not show the entire area of each location. Please pay good attention to carpets, storage cupboards and fixtures/fittings (such as toilet seats and door handles etc)
Complete are incredibly good at conveniently missing the entire area within their inventory process/photos and take no accountability for this and offer you no protection at all as tenants. Their incompetence has lead to me to turn to the DPS dispute service where £1022 of my money is currently being disputed due to damage that was not caused by myself. Their poor quality inventory/photos has made this process really difficult. Their inventory process is completed by themselves as an agency however their check out service is completed externally. Make sure if you are choosing these robbers as your renting agency that you document everything upon move in and keep a log.
Just to further elaborate their customer service is shocking and quite rude at times, don’t get me wrong, initially they are all sweetness and light but strip that visage back and you are hit with the definition of fake and poor service. These guys are not throughly good estate agents, in my opinion you should completely avoid these cowboys.

Amazing estate agents! They helped me and the wife find our ideal home with none of the hassle or agency fees that other estate agents have. They're patient if you have issues, helpful if you require assistance with anything and quick at getting everything set up.
I personally want to thank Ryan from the newton branch; he was so lovely and informative. He helped take alot of weight off my shoulders during the whole process.

Well what can I say! If ever a team worked as one then the Lettings Team at Complete, Newton Abbot are the best example ever. As a new Landlord I was guided expertly by the whole team through the process and my property successfully rented out within 5 weeks. Kim Wallis ( Manager) ensured that as a new Landlord I was compliant in terms of regulations and explained thoroughly how the Terms of Business worked and ensured I had the appropriate insurances etc. Kim also guided me when it came to applications and the information available to help me make my Tenant decision. Beth kept me up to date with viewings and progress and then saw the successful tenant application through to move in. Sophie dealt very professionally with some initial teething maintenance issues and Ellie confirmed how the future inspection process would be completed. On move in Susie very quickly submitted all the meter readings and I had all credits due back in my bank account within 3 working days..... very impressed. Susie also ensured a very detailed inventory took place. Altogether Ladies you have been a pleasure to do business with, many thanks for all your help and support.

Pleasant Estate & Letting Agents to deal with. Joseph was pleasant and introduced me to the property. Steph kept me informed updating me with the progression of sale. I took some recommendations from them, but definitely would arrange a conveyancer much closer to home next time and not online. When collecting keys, I had an uneasy feeling about being able to get into the property as I was presented with one main key for potentially three doors that I would have to open to get inside the property. When I got to the property, I then realised there was an issue. At least I got in and now need to resolve issues. Thanks!

Bradley contacted me after I showed an interest in a house they were advertising. From the get go he was professional, friendly and welcoming. After some initial conversation, it was clear that I wasn't ready to buy (my house wasn't even on the market yet) and I had a lot of questions regarding the buying and selling process. Previous experience with other Estate Agents was that at this point, if I wasn't buying or selling then they weren't interested and would end the conversation there. Bradley, instead , was more than keen to help me. He knew the possibility of me using his services at this present time were slim but he still wanted to offer me some advice. I was blown away with this response and of course welcomed the help. He came over and did a thorough valuation of my house. Afterwards he spoke to my partner and I about what the market was like, what my potential options were etc, he must of been there for an hour and didn't rush us at all - so friendly and helpful!). He recommended a fantastic mortgage advisor (Pointers Financial-I have nothing but praise for them too with their immediate willingness to help - I had an appointment with them within 2 hours!)
As he was leaving, it was pretty clear that I wouldn't be buying or selling yet but planned to in the near future, yet he still proceeded to offer more much welcomed advice - how to prepare my house for sale, ideas to improve it/de-clutter etc, so when the time comes I would be ready.
Whilst I was not in a position to use their services yet, I have been very impressed with their all round attitude, professionalism, friendliness and willing to help. I have put their contact details in my diary to ensure I use them when the time comes! I have absolute confidence that when I am ready to buy/sell, they will do a fantastic job.
This review doesn't give them enough credit!! I will 100% be recommending them to everyone!

There was a problem with the boiler, caused by the tenant.. Complete sent around a handy man, not an LPG boiler trained plumber, who reported the boiler was very old and needed replacing. This boiler was less than 5 yrs old and top of the range. I had to get a Worcester Bosch engineer out myself to repair it, it certainly didn't need replacing. This is just one example of many that I experienced with Complete Lettings incompetence.
I have rated them one star but I'd rather give them 0. Don't use them, there are plenty of excellent agents out there who will make sure your property is well looked after.

We lived in Cornwall and bought a house through Complete to be near our family in Newton Abbot. Although we were not Complete's direct clients we were impressed with their professionalism, communication skills, kindness and reassurance. On picking up the keys, Michael said, "Is there anything else I can do for you?" As it was twenty years since we had moved we asked for advice on finding a good agent. He spent time talking us through the process and pitfalls and stressed that a professional photographer was essential. He gave us written instructions and armed with this we devised questions for four agents and selected an excellent one. From the initial viewing to completion, the service provided by Complete was very fair and supportive. All of the information I needed was presented at the viewing and when I decided to make an offer the negotiations were fair and dealt with quickly. They provided useful recommendations for solicitors and a mortgage advisor and then supported my dealings with the solicitor very effectively, keeping me informed of anything that I needed to know. On the day of completion everything was dealt with efficiently, and a slight problem was reported professionally with all the assurances needed. When I decide to move another uni on the ladder, I’d certainly consider using Complete.

My girlfriend made an appointment to view a house, later that day Rightmove marked as 'Let' but Complete website showed it as still available. No one called to cancel our viewing so I went on the 'chat' feature on the website & the guy I chatted with was based in a different office & said that he didn't know if the house was available or not, he took my details & said somebody would call me at 930. No one called so I called the office & was told that the property was indeed let!

They were always there to answer any questions and swiftly dealt with all enquiries.
