Cannot fault the service we were given. Coast and Country took on my flat after we had failed to sell it with other local estate agents. It was a very small sale, but they made us feel just as important as any other customer. When we got the pictures done of the flat, Callum was extremely thoughtful and took so much care in making the place look as good as possible and even came back on a different day to get the outside picture on a sunny day! We also purchased through C&C at the same time and the experience was just as outstanding. Any queries were quickly answered, and I didn't ever feel like I was being pushed aside or lied to like other estate agents in the past. I felt like the Callum, Tom and the rest of the team actually cared about our sale and purchase, and wanted to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
I can only say how grateful I am for Coast and Country's work. I will absolutely be using them again.

Very impressed with Coast & Country estate agents in Newton Abbot. Callum was our contact for the sale of our house and he is excellent at his job, friendly and helpful. The high quality photos and virtual tour looked very professional and we were able to agree a sale in record time. Everything was done very promptly from taking the photos and getting the listing published online to providing feedback from viewings. Other members of the team were also on hand to help with any issues – very refreshing to always have a friendly voice on the end of the phone when needed. Highly recommend this company.

This was our final viewing before completion on Wednesday, and once again a brilliant viewing. We arrived to all the lights on, Callum had already accessed the loft to ensure the sellers items were gone, and he was really informative on info when we arrive ie taking metre readings etc. Thank you to each and everyone of you who had made this slightly terrifying experience of being first time buying so relaxed, and being at the end of the phone whenever we have needed you. We really appreciate all your hard work and being so informative.

Coast and country sold our house in the summer of 2023. We were incredibly impressed with the service that Darren, Tom, Callum and the whole team provided us. Tom managed our case and worked tirelessly to find the right buyer. He kept us well informed with every potential buyer and possible scenarios. Tom, Callum or Darren were always available to speak to and happy to chat things through when we needed. The teams level of expertise in the area, professionalism and incredible customer service means I would recommend coast and country over and over again to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
