24th Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)Its a difficult market for selling. Properties are listed in abundance with valuations perhaps starting too high. Buyers are few and far between which meant that we had only 4 viewings over the same number of months. Every viewing is therefore critical and needs your agent to be fully appraised of features and any questions answered. Initial valuations versus actual market sale price need to be considered carefully.

Paul, our agent, was excellent throughout—professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. Communication was consistently clear and maintained at every stage of the purchase, which made the whole process far less stressful. Overall, a great service that I would happily recommend.

He has been professional and fantastic in communication throughout our house buying and selling process. Callum and his team exceeded our expectations by managing to sell our home as soon as it went into their hands! It has been a smooth process and Callum has reassured and provided guidance at each step we progressed. No phone call felt rushed and the team were always kind. 4th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely zero communication after expressing interest in a property, despite chasing several times..politely. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush or desperate unlike most people unfortunately are. Assured I would be called back/contacted, which had been to no avail. Wouldn't approach them again, if god forbid, I did find myself in a desperate situation.
