Sample Mills did manage to get the buyer to increase by a bit and we struck a deal. We are also bought in the process of buying from them.

7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

Their service was very professional and they were also very accommodating in arranging short-notice second viewings. Throughout the process, they have very much worked for us to get us to completion, proactively engaging with others in the chain. A big thank you to Nancy in particular - she was very tenacious and nothing was to much trouble.

The process of selling our family home was very emotional and difficult, and I am grateful to Craig and Mandi for handling it with care and sensitivity throughout. 3 stars for the Rental team: Unfortunately, our experience with the rental team did not match the above standard. The inspections fell short, and the condition of the house at the end of the tenancy was disappointing as a result.

We had our offer within 5 days thanks to Andy’s wonderful photos and they were so quick to respond to questions and help along the way. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t use anyone else to sell our home in future.

12th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Taylor's seemed to be ok at first but I feel they messy about quite a lot when it comes to houses. I appreciate they need to make money and commission but twice I entered bids on a house which the estate agents said they should take then they ring me saying they have gone with someone else because of the deposit which I'm confused by as that doesn't affect getting the mortgage. I already have a deposit etc. feel like I've been messed about. I personally won't be using these guys for my next house/ mortgage as I don't feel it's been 100% professional but that's not to say it's all bad they done well for others.

Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. 5th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I strongly advise any prospective buyers or sellers to avoid Coast and Country. We purchased a property marketed as a 5-bedroom home, only to discover it was actually a 3-bedroom house with a loft conversion. This level of dishonesty and the blatant misinterpretation of the property’s true layout has resulted in a substantial financial loss and an immense amount of stress. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such a lack of integrity in a professional estate agency. Please exercise extreme caution and look elsewhere to avoid the same experience.

27th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)Anthony was Incredible; this is a boutique estate agent and focuses on every little detail to ensure the house is sold. From the premium photography to the realistic market valuation of the flat. We got an offer accepted within 2 weeks.
