I purchased my property through Concentric. There were many problems with my chain but Daniel and Neville ensured they were fully up to date at all times and did everything they could to assist in moving the process forward.

Daniel and Neville of Concentric Lettings have provided me an excellent service in managing my two 6 bedroom HMO’s in Birmingham. I’ve most been pleased with the quality of tenants they have found…an aspect I value highly in ensuring a happy HMO!

For sure Daniel and his team area the most knowledgeable agents in the area offering a top class property service - great friendly people to work with and what makes them stand out from all the other agents in the area is the effort they make to be the best at what they do. Would highly recommend.

I am so happy with the way IQ property has conducted business that I have decided to go all out to give a review.
The most important thing that Daniel (from IQ properties) did was that he listened; he took time to understand my situation and then he offered his services. I was a new international graduate who was living in a hotel, and who had to move into a flat as soon as possible. Daniel clearly explained the letting processes to me while demonstrating a profound knowledge of his trade. He responded to his emails promptly, dealt with my requests swiftly and the referencing agency was efficient. I was smiling in my new flat in no time. I almost could not have had it easier.
In summary, Daniel displayed professionalism at its peak and humanism.

After facing a number of issues with tenants and agents, Daniel from IQ property was a breath of fresh air. The manner in which Daniel conducted himself was extremely professional and conducted the verification process of obtaining tenants for my property with great care and diligence.
Daniel took away all my worries of obtaining suitable tenants for my property, he was very careful in taking care of my requirements always asking prior to any amendments to the contract. He not only managed to find many suitable tenants he gave each one due care and attention in showing off my property.
He obtained a higher rent than that was previously being ascertained and took away all the stress of the contract and furthermore the utilities too which I have never come across with any agent.
I was so pleased with his service that I have assured him that another property that will become available for re rent soon can also be let by him. I can definitely recommend Daniel and have already have done so.

IQ PROPERTY helped me let out not one but two properties within a very short space of time. The service was friendly, professional and a lot more reasonable than the larger letting agents. Also unlike other agents I have dealt with, I felt that they had my best interests at heart evidenced by the fact that they matched the perfect tenants to my needs and my properties. I am extremely happy with the long-term tenants they found and should any of my friends or family be looking for a letting agent in the near future, Daniel at IQ Property will be getting a call!

Dan was my landlord for a couple of years and I can honestly say he was the best in my 8-9 years of renting in the UK.
Approachable and understanding, also very knowledgeable in his field. He was clear and honest throughout and very quick to respond to any issues that arose.
I would highly recommend him for any business relationship in terms of property/tenancy.
