Nuestra estadía en Londres fue de nuestro total agrado, nos quedamos en Bayswater, muy bien ubicado. Cerca a estaciones de metro, a poca distancia de Hyde park. El cuarto muy limpio, teníamos todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. El check in y el check out fueron muy fáciles y cualquier duda nos la resolvían rápidamente. The room and amenities were excellent and very good value for money. Yes, it’s on a busy junction in Golders Green, but it’s one of the convenient locations ever! Tube, buses, shops and supermarkets and sooo many restaurants from cuisines all around the world.
We appreciated the cleanliness, really well equipped (microwave, induction hobs, pots, pans, plates etc, a fridge, iron, board, and even a coffee machine with pods!!!) and from a good to high standard. It is genuinely really good value for money, especially in London! We will certainly be booking again with them and ideally for the same room :)

This is a reasonably priced alternative to a hotel or B&B where one can do some food preparation. Clean and across from the park. Walking distance to bus, groceries and restaurants. Longer walk to Paddington Station Mostly middle eastern cuisine locally. Ride on and off buses 5 minutes away

I’ve stayed with Concept for numerous years but this was my worst visit yet.
There was damage / scuffs in the room (flat) I stayed in which I sent an email to them to ensure I wouldn’t be charged or blamed upon checkout. Up to now there has been no acknowledgment or response.
Throughout my stay the neighbouring guests next door and above were making so much noise to the point I was losing sleep and I have received no response up until now about that either. They need better soundproofing or have better control of the guests they allow to stay in their properties.
Really disappointed this time because I used to love staying here but since Nicole left the company, the service isn’t what it used to be.
Also the front door was hard to open at times.
Only giving one because of the location was ideal to where I needed to be that weekend and the cleaner was really nice and friendly when I saw him.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a stay in London. I had apt 7 which had the amazing outside space directly accessed via a half glass door. It is decorated to a really high standard including hallways etc. the apartments are self check in and you receive the details a few days before your due to arrive. All of this worked perfectly with no hiccups or difficulties. The situation and location of these apartments suited me as I was on the district line to Wimbledon and also all the facilities of Bayswater on hand. So in summary I’m so glad I got to stay here as it made my trip to London a major success. Thank you Ian

Sehr schönes Appartement in der 2.Etage mit 2 SZ, 1grosses Bad und 1 Bad en Suite, überdachter kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße, kleine und voll eingerichtete Küche, Essecke und großer Wohnbereich. Super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bodentiefe Fenster, Licht und Jalousien mit modernen Bedienungsfeldern. In dem SZ mit Bad en suite findet man im Kleiderschrank noch die Klimaanlage für das SZ und An-/ Aus Schalter für die Handtuchheizung im Bad. Für die Fußbodenheizung gibt es ein YouTube Video. Vielleicht wäre für die vorhandene Technik eine kleine Infomappe gut.
Das Appartement liegt zentral direkt neben U-Bahn und Haltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants / Cafés in der Straße. Die Wohnung war toll, nicht „ abgewohnt“. Wir würden dort wieder wohnen wollen.

Stayed at the SOHO penthouse apartment and it was a disaster.
Not as advertised - 4 flights of narrow stairs without good railings that were impossible to navigate with suitcases.
Advertises television but there was bo cable
Service and no local channels were accessible.
Broken towel bar in bathroom almost took out my eye.
Broken refrigerator resulted in lost bottle of champagne and wine.
Noise level was extraordinary and went all night long. Poorly insulated and completely NOT soundproofed. Couldn't sleep most nights. Only quiet location was the bathroom and almost slept on that floor just to get some quiet.
My husband injured his hand trying to get into the patio since the handle was so small and the "window" almost impossible to open.
Complained to management for each and every problem. They never came and fixed anything. Didn't offer a change of apartments. No compensation at all. Kept saying they wanted to make "amends" but did nothing. All they did was offer a best available rate for a future reservation!!!!! Why would I ever trust this company in the future. I am taking this up with American Expeess and

Bellissima esperienza nei miei 4 giorni di soggiorno presso l’appartamento, zona tranquilla e suggestiva, collegata bene con il centro sia a piedi con una bella scampagnata in meno di un’ora vedendo e vivendo la zona o dai mezzi grazie alla metro a pochi passi raggiungibile in pochi minuti (2 minuti). L’appartamento anche essendo a Londra ha un buon impianto di riscaldamento e risulta molto calorosa, letto comodo, dotata di tutto il necessario e anche il self check-in è facile ed efficiente…, molto consigliato.

We stayed here for 7 nights and have many compliments, starting with the wonderful location, close to everything! I also imagined that the room would be smaller but it is not. It still has a very functional bathroom and a kitchen with all the basic items we need for practical meals. The apartment is very safe, the bed is comfortable, and there is a fan and iron. When we needed help, the staff answered and helped us, this is also a positive point. We recommend the Concept Studio to anyone wanting a good stay in London, and look forward to staying here again.

Well equipped and furnished apartment, great location a few minutes walk from Earls Court Tube Station, bathroom was fabulous, hot power shower. Info from owners before and during the stay was great, would definitely stay here again, Earls Court is my usual London staying location. My only comment would be if you are a light sleeper there was quite a lot of road noise, maybe ask for a room away from the road.

I stayed at the Concept Apartments in West Hampstead for a work/leisure trip. Although the location was great and the bed was really comfortable, the wifi was extremely slow and dropped out constantly, to the point that I couldn’t stream anything, have video calls, download anything (be it files, movies or even songs on Spotify), or even send messages via WhatsApp. Both customer service and management dealt with the issues really poorly, coming across as gaslighting and condescending by telling me the wifi was working perfectly fine. Wouldn’t recommend this place for any international travelers who don’t wish to spend a lot of money on data roaming.

Pros: the apartment was quite clean and well-equipped, it made it very easy for us to cook small dishes in times of need. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes walk away from Hyde Park and from 2 Tube stations (Bayswater and Queensway). Also the costumer service was very thoughtful and the response was always quick when we needed.
Cons: we were put in the 3rd floor, which was quite a lot of stairs to go up/down with heavy luggage (even without it, it was a bit of a hassle). I wish they would have real heating instead of only floor heating, but once they made it work it was fine.
Overall, great place to stay with a good cost-benefit!

Great place! Have been in London a number of times and got used to the pretty mediocre standard due to old buildings and carpets. Then I came to this place - and what a place! Everything is new and great standard. Easy to get the keys. The only this is that if you get the rooms on 3rd or 4th floor there are quite some steps up and no elevator.

Overall great location, right next to the Kensington and Portobello market. Also, conveniently located next to the Underground (5 minutes walk), with quite a few coffee shops and pubs located nearby, which was reflected in the price.
The main drawback was the poorly insulated walls, as noise from people walking around the hallway and in other rooms was very apparent. This made it difficult for me and my girlfriend to sleep, and also provided limited privacy. The location is fantastic, very pretty, however it is a little noisy from the outside traffic. The apartment is spacious, modern, clean and well-equipped with kitchen stuff. There is tea and Nespresso coffee, you need to bring milk. There is a good Tesco Express supermarket by the tube station ( 7 mins walk). My only negatives are not being able to open the windows for some fresh air, and that the bathroom area is very small ( there is very little space between toilet, sink and shower- not fit for plus sizes). Otherwise very good value for money and is better than some 4* hotels.

Liked - It was just a 5 min walk from the tube station. The room was very clean. Not very spacious but ideal for a couple of nights stay for one person. The bathroom was clean and the taps/shower worked very well. I would definitely stay there again for a short trip to London.

The good part - A nice studio apartment with a good attached bathroom. Fridge, no washing machine. Close to Angel Underground and eating, shopping conveniences. Well connected. Close to central London.
The not-so-good part - 2nd floor so if you have bags to haul up watch out. Noisy area bustling with activity which kicks in at 5am. No washing machine.

The unit has been nicely restored and is in great condition. The position is handy to tubes stations, buses and the beautiful parks.On the negative there was no toaster and very limited kitchen utensils. We were never going to cook up a main meal but feel as an apartment it was lacking in basics.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Notting Hill just at the beginning of Portobello road! Very clean, new and very conveniently furnished. Comfy bed, tv, shower with all necessary toiletries. Kitchen is equipped with kettle, nespresso coffee machine (there are also complimentary tea bags and coffee capsules), cutlery, glasses & mugs, fridge and cooker. Basically the apartment has everything you need for both a short-term and long-term stay. Tube stop is just within 10-minute walk, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants around, as well as convenience stores and supermarkets. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again when I’m in London next.

Really nice apartment was smaller than the one I stayed at previously, was clean and I felt safe in this area. Was a bit noisier than the last one also but did not bother me 2 much. Would like to have had a mirror in the room maybe on the inside of the wardrobe. I had something running down the bathroom mirror in the bathroom not sure what this was. There was renovations being done which was a bit annoying. I would book again if I was returning.

The appartment was exactly like pictured in Booking. Very clean and organized, which is the most important factor for me. Equiped with the basics( iron, hairdryer, coffe machine etc). All I found missing was a kitchen towel and some space for the utensils to dry. We also liked very much the location, very nice neighbourhood with coffe shops, pharmacy, pubs, convenience stores and close to a tube station. All in all super satisfied, we recommend it and will choose it again for our next visit.

I have stayed at Earls Court Apartment, and I assure you it’s full of spiders, dirt and the bed sheet with blood stains. My London experience was rune. I don’t want my experience to be repeated with anyone. They’re also advertised as (Earls Court West Serviced Apartment). This is a lesson learn for sure. The only good part was the location :)

Clean and ideally located near Hyde Park. Just a couple of things could be improved on - Room was not ready by 4.15pm although check in was at 3pm. We were asked to leave and come back which did not suit us, we were however able to leave our luggage there whilst they were sorting the room and the staff member was very nice. We were then asked if we could check out early which was not possible.

Excellent little place to stay!!
The well equipped studio I booked at Inverness Terrace Apartments (Flat 11) was very clean and in an ideal location with 2 tube stations within a 5min walk - Bayswater (Circle and District lines) and Queensway (Central line). There are plenty of restaurants and takeaways also within walking distance to choose from, and if you don't feel like going anywhere then you're spoit for choice from the usual delivery apps. The studio is small, but if you're like me and just want a clean, safe place to stay whilst having the access to explore then this is perfect. There are bigger apartments than the studio too.
I'll definitely be back again.

Fantastic apartment that is located in a perfect area. It was close to tube stations into central London and plenty of places to eat.
The apartment was easy to find and the access instructions via direct email could not be faulted. It was spotlessly clean, modern and had everything we could ask for. The air conditioning was such a bonus. WiFi connected without a hitch. We would definitely book again????

My wife and I had a recent 5-night stay in a studio apartment at St James Apartments in Holland Park.
It was a very good studio apartment in a great location.
We liked the great location in Holland Park is great, close to shops and public transport, with lots of things to do in walking distance. Facilities for a studio apartment were good. We would certainly stay again.
We disliked that we were allocated a top floor apartment, up three flights of stairs with no lift. A lot of climbing up and down stairs! There was only one chair in the apartment, even though it was otherwise set up for two people. Although the kitchen was reasonably well equipped, an important item missing was that it did not have a toaster.

This apartment was superbly clean and great for a solo traveller. It was really near to Earls Court Underground for you to move around London city. Furthermore, just a 15 minute walk to Kensington. I really enjoyed my stay however I would suggest providing a toaster in the flat in addition to the other small appliances. I cooked all throughout my stay and the utensils were enough. I would definitely recommend staying at Cromwell apartments!

The apartment was/is attractive, and was spotless and very well appointed. It is situated in an attractive location, handy to public transport and it's very close, in need, to the Royal Free Hospital! There are many places to buy food for yourself, and is well served by a variety of restaurants. There are always improvements one can make. I was surprised there were no bedside tables lamps. Apart from that, there are a couple of other minor improvements one can make: no spare rubbish plastic bags; shower door was dislodged, but promptly fixed; supply of paper towel in the kitchen would be helpful. I would be happy to return there.

Very comfortable room, kitchenette and living space and a rather spacious balcony (at least the room we got had one). The key collection and return was easy, and fast. We received the door lock and key safe codes via email 3 days before our trip. The induction stove and utensils provided were easy to use and made for a comfortable stay.
If i were to be honest, this was one of the better places we have stayed at on our trips. However, the washing machine and dryer were coin activated (£1 for 30 mins). We were not sure how long each cycle/process on those machines took. The spin cycle on the WM did not squeeze out all the water, and we had to run the WM several times to get our clothes to reasonably clean and dry before loading them into the dryer. Same thing with the dryer, had to load it several times. We ran out of coins, and there was no coin exchange nearby.
There was bo cleaning crew sent in to clean up, or leave new toiletries, towels and toilet paper. Although i later understood that one was supposed to come every 7 days (they did not). We ended up having to buy supplies from nearby stores.
Other than this, we found the stay quite pleasurable. The apts are located in a prime location about 5 mins from the edgeware road station, and a lot of shops nearby.

The Earls Court apartment I stayed in was great, in a fantastic location and had pretty much everything I needed. The bed was very comfy, it was easy to get in and out of the building and the bathroom was fantastic. The towels were lovely and soft. The TV was easy to use and had Freeview as well as Netflix and Youtube. The surrounding area has lots of supermarkets, restaurants and parks.
Since the apartment was on street level the windows were frosted which was not ideal, they were also small and not positioned super well. The room itself was pretty tiny as well. I was disappointed by the lack of oven and some of the cups were not clean on arrival.
However I did really enjoy my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere centrally-located.

I really enjoyed my stay at Concept Studio Apartments. The apartment was exactly as described online - no nasty surprises.
It was within walking distance, even with my suitcase, from Paddington Station and it was easy to find. Inside the furnishings were tasteful, the kitchen had everything you need to cook a simple meal.
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and the private terrace were really fabulous. Everything was clean, modern and brand new; I will stay again.

Very nice flat well located off Euston Road/ King's x St. Pancras. Flat was well kept clean spacious full of light and comfortable. Bathroom was a little narrow (only space for toilet bags was under the sink) and there was no recycling bin which might be looked at given that guests will have packages to throw away. Excellent accommodation at a very reasonable London rate. Ideally sited in Shepherds Bush for us whilst visiting our student son who lives locally. 5min walk to Shepherds Bush tube, 10mins across the park to Goldhawk Rd tube. An excellent Turkish cafe two doors away, a few bakeries & Sainsbury if your desperate. Westfield shopping centre is 5 mins walk away.
The ONLY disappointment for me was the lack of a cafetiere for a coffee.

The flats look modern and are well equipped.
The bed has a hard mattress, which I liked. I prefer erring on the harder side than the softer side, as it's more comfortable for my back. The bed was a little too narrow for 2 adults, it was probably 120cm wide, because there was noticeably less room than my 140cm wide bed at home.
There was definitely something wrong with the shower drain, it smelled horrible. We thought at first that perhaps the drain siphon dried up, but the problem persisted after using the shower.
That was probably the worst part of our visit.
We couldn't figure out how to regulate the thermostat, providing the manual would be helpful.
Please just include more than 1 set of cutlery per person. Especially spoons. stirring my coffee, having a yoghurt, and eating a kiwi with the same spoon at breakfast was less than ideal.
That's it. Overall, recommended for the great location, modern furnishing, and peace and quiet considering it's so close to the busiest hub in London

Nice apt. Everything you need for a short stay. Well located. Quietest sleep I've had in London! We were in apt no. 10 - bedroom at back. Very nice newly refurbished bathroom and lovely big fluffy towels. Able to leave bags in room from 1130 which was so handy. Early check in of 2pm very good too.
Negatives were mattress was extremely hard and pillows very lumpy. It's a shame as otherwise a great stay for a great price!

This agency has been a true blessing! I started apartment hunting since July this year and have repeatedly faced no shows from agencies and an unreliable landlord that pulled out last minute. By September I was at a complete loss and when I managed to find the perfect apartment listed by this agency, I was afraid I would be disappointed once more.
Concept Studio Apartments proved me wrong. The manager Aaron was able to secure my apartment with the contract signed in just 2 days. Kasia who works in administration has always been prompt in replies and helpful. When I reported a problem with the water temperature to maintenance, Attila sent repairman Mirek to fix the problem within an hour of me reporting it and he was able to fix it for me on the same day.
Their efficiency continues to amaze me and I am truly lucky to be renting from them. I highly recommend their agency, a lifesaver for this international student.

My daughter rented a studio flat from Concept Apartments in London and it was just terrible. For circa £1,000 a month she got a cramped, cupboard of an apartment with dirty black marks all over the walls (the landlord wouldn't let her paint over the marks, because they only decorate every three years, no matter how bad the condition the previous tenant left it in). Concept apartment charged her £5 every time she did a load of laundry - honestly, it's just shameless profiteering.

I recently had a wonderful three week stay at the beautifully renovated Concept Studio Apartment building on Chepstow Villas in London, England and will definitely be returning for another stay. I stayed alone in a small studio, but despite the size, the space is so effectively designed to accommodate all that one needs in this contemporary space. It had a smart kitchenette with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine, a good sized bathroom with a rain shower, a very comfortable bed and spacious wardrobe. My room had french doors opening out onto a small balcony with table and chairs and the rooms are very well soundproofed from outside.
In addition to a great environment, I received excellent, prompt and courteous service from the Concept office regarding any queries I had about the stay. Overall, a really great experience. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, close to many local shops in a beautiful area. Beautiful, newly renovated, immaculate flat! The customer service was extraordinary. Grace found accomodations for me when it turned out I needed an additional night. Nicole met us at the apartment to make sure everything was perfect and gave us a wonderful recommendation for the citymapper app to help us find our way around London. They made my first trip abroad amazing!

This was my second time to stay in this beautiful apartment. It has all necessary faculties, very clean and very spacious in the walking distance from many significant places (Hyde Park, Kensington Garden, Albert Museum, Oxford Street...) and two tube stations as well as bus nearby.
The only thing is there is no lift, just stairs, but it is easy to go up.
I feel like at home when I come to London.

I literally never use google to leave bad reviews, but this experience was too much of a joke not to share. On September 2nd, I scheduled a viewing at 5:45pm with Dor Blum (our agent) at an apartment on Euston street that my partner and I were interested in. We went, everything checked out, so we confirmed then and there that we would like to rent the room. The agent also told us then that we would be able to move in by September 4th and he would send us the necessary details the next morning. (September 3rd)
On September 3rd (today when I am writing this), I hadn't receive anything by noon so I called Dor in the afternoon and he again confirmed with me that the room would be available and all the documents are being processed and that I would receive everything I need by the end of the day. He further informed me that the signing of the contract could proceed the next day.
Still nothing by 4 though, so I wrote a confirmation e-mail to confirm that I would drop by the office next morning.Then now he finally tells me the room has been let.
I recognize that its extremely common for sales and lettings to move fast in the London Area, but to show such a lack of professionalism and trustworthiness is impressive, considering the multiple checkpoints that Dor could have just been honest.
tl;dr if you want to find the most unreliable and untrustworthy agents, Concept Studio Apartments and Mr. Dor Blum is your go to!
p.s. I have proof of everything I said, and I also have text messages and call time proofs. And as a shoutout to Concept studio apartments, any further correspondence will be updated to this post.

Following up what my boyfriend (Shu Feng) said, and as a clear response to the owner (who apparently do not think they are in any way wrong as can be seen in their reply), the issue was never the fact that the land lord eventually chose to lend to someone else. If they bothered to read the entirety of the original reply they would see that we are well aware of the renting conditions in London. The entire issue is revolved around how your agency chose to deal with this issue, and mind you I am glad that we did not have to rent through you in the end, as I am sure getting our deposits back would have been a horror as well considering the other reviews that we've read and what we have just experienced.
First, please do not downplay the interaction we had with out agent using "just a misunderstanding". I was present during the conversation at the viewing that day, and our agent Dor Blum was very clear that the room was available. He was also adamant that we would be able to move in on the 4th when we repeatedly ask him since we had a tight time frame, and he made sure to let us know that everything would be sorted the next morning. In no way did he inform us that there were other offers on the table. Not to mention our interaction the next day that was already detailed in the previous post. For anyone reading this post, please refer to the one made by my boyfriend Shu Feng, I'm not going to go over it again, but in short, the agent Dor Blum not only did not follow the timeframe he gave us, he continued to mislead us even when we called him and contacted him again repeatedly the very next day. When he told us the room was rented to someone else, it was out of the blue, and was inconsistent with everything he expressed earlier.
Furthermore, an estate agent literally only has one job, and that is to clearly and efficiently communicate to each party. Speaking of miscommunication as if it is no big deal just shows the principle of service that your agency adheres to. Considering how important transparency and communication is in real estate, I doubt that you want to go down that slippery slope, but feel free if you think what you did was perfectly reasonable, customers will surely decide for themselves.
Since it is clear from your initial response that you are looking to brush off blame instead of focusing on the problems that you make, I am going to put this out here so that people can make their own judgements on whether they want to deal with your agency. For those other people who are considering Concept Studios due to their high Google Reviews Stars, (which was what drew us to going through them in the first place), I suggest you conduct your due diligence, not only through this review, but also through other rating sites. We've already secured a residence elsewhere, and some more digging yesterday and today helped us realized that this incident is a blessing in disguise, and is not a one off exception. Just want to put this reminder out there to all the potential readers.

What makes it stand out from others are these, relatively quiet private place and very reliable excellent office staff I can depend on whenever I needed their help.
Especially Nicole is very professional, thoughtful and considerate.
Maintenance people are very quick to react to my needs when necessary.
Other charm is the surroundings, leafy small park in front of the building (across the street), which makes me feel relaxed when going in and out of the building.
Room facility is simple yet well equipped and sufficient to my rather fussy needs.
It's a perfect base for daily life in London.

I stay at Paddington Green each time I need accommodation in London. It is like my London home. The apartment is centrally located and a quick journey from Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express.
The apartments are always so clean and it is great to be able to cook if required. Great wifi and the maintenance team is very responsive in the case of any issues. Excellent washing/drying facilities.
The access instructions sent via email a few days before arrival are very clear and thorough. The apartment is very secure and safe.
Nicole from Concept Apartments has been extremely helpful to me during my many stays at Paddington Green.
Finally, the price is exceptionally good for central London.

Stayed here at the apartments end of March, could not ask for better absolutely beautiful, suited all i needed, local bars and restaurants for evening. Very clean and spacious, will be using them again definately. Very helpful while booking.

Everything is nice except the bed bugs,,
Me and my girlfriend were satisfied when we arrived here. But after first night it became nightmare.
Second morning we found few bugs are on the bed sheet, So we caught them. So I asked to the office by email but they didn’t answer.
Also I couldn’t use the drying machine, so I tried to call them to fix two things but they didn’t catch the call...
Now it is 4am at 4th night and I can’t sleep because just I catched more than 8 bugs...
I thought the staff I met when we arrived is very kind and the room is quite well organized and clean, so you guys can refer my honest experience. Thank you if you read my long story.

(Translated by Google) For my (now 4a) holiday in London I chose one of the apartments proposed by Concept London Apartments, specifically one of the 3 located in Angel: I can say with certainty that it was my best stay ever in this city! :)
Brand new studio, spacious, clean, bright, modern (underfloor heating and smart tv) with small but functional kitchen (induction fires, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine!).
The location is great, just go down the stairs to find 3 supermarkets, pharmacy / pharmacy and a small shopping center: the metro station "Angel" is less than 2 minutes away and the center is easily reached in 15, maximum 20 minutes.
Quick and easy check-in thanks to the use of codes, friendly and helpful staff (for anything they can be contacted on the phone or via email, to which they respond quickly).
Highly recommended, for my next stay in London I will definitely choose them!

Monolocale nuovissimo, spazioso, pulito, luminoso, moderno (riscaldamento a pavimento e smart tv) con cucinino piccolo ma funzionale (fuochi a induzione, piccolo frigorifero,macchina per il caffè Nespresso!).
La posizione è ottima, basta scendere le scale per trovare ben 3 supermercati, farmacia/parafarmacia ed un piccolo centro commerciale: la fermata della metro "Angel" si trova a meno di 2 minuti di distanza ed il centro si raggiunge facilmente in 15, massimo 20 minuti.
Check-in semplice e veloce grazie all'utilizzo di codici, personale gentile e disponibile (per qualsiasi cosa sono contattabili al telefono o via mail, alla quale rispondono velocemente).
Consigliatissimo, per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Londra sceglierò sicuramente loro!

Myself and my girlfriend had the pleasure of staying at 53 Warren street for a 3 day visit to london . The flat was perfect . The kitchen and utensils were more than enough for us . The shower was powerful which is always a go to thing for me . Warren street underground is 2 mins walk which gets you basically anywhere in london in no time .

Horrible - Scam - Beware - All the flats are a complete nightmare - shoeboxes with broken fixtures that shake any moment a neighbor takes a step. The property is managed by a company called Kipling Co. Ltd. Owned by Aaron Kazab. He and his entire team are nothing short of criminals - I, like many other tenants have had to get the police and the law involved in order to end my tenancy. They will stop at nothing and are willing to bluntly commit crimes and harass tenants who bring up any issues. Do NOT rent from them. They will block your email as soon as you move in so you can't contact them anymore.

In response to the company reply to my comment I would like to confirm the only extortion here is coming from Aaran Kazab and Concept London onto their tenants and clients. After cutting off my utilities, refusing to carry out repairs on necessary essential kitchen appliances causing health & safety risks within the flat, blocking my email address from contacting them, attempting to frame me for assault and breaching a countless number of other clauses of my tenancy - they are taking legal action to release my entire deposit. After having posted this review on Google and Facebook - they contacted the Police in an attempt to have
them removed, they were gently told that is not something the Police can handle especially when it refers to the truth. Over 15+ people, previous
tenants and short term visitors have contacted me since as they have had similar or worse experiences. Beware. Do NOT rent from them.

Me and and my boyfriend booked a deluxe studio apartment for our anniversary. The apartment itself was clean and tidy although there were these horrible plastic windows which allowed barely any light in. Also we were up all night due to the rain being incredibly loud on these windows which was a shame because we were tired for the rest of our trip. Maybe the rooms upstairs are better but we were very disapppointed and sad.

Polite, fair, responsive, I recommend Concept London. I have been both long term and short term tenant. No problems on any occasions, my deposit was returned in full promptly after my tenancy ended. I moved to London a year and a half ago from Glasgow and Concept Studio Apartments were the first agency I used. I have to say that in terms of communication, paperwork and maintenance they are absolutely flawless. Due to this I stayed for 3 x 6 month contracts. The Flats are clean, secure and in terms of location, i was near Hyde Park which made my commute and weekends so convenient. I would recommend these guys without hesitation!

I've been renting from Concept Apartments for the last 6 years. I've lived in 4 of their apartments over that period. They have a huge inventory of apartments varying in sizes from small studios (that feel like having your very own hotel room) to large duplex penthouse apartments in the middle of London. All were brand new or recently refurbished to a high standard and in the best locations. If something broke, the management team would fix it immediately. As professionally managed as you can get.
