Kay at Garrison Estates is an excellent communicator and the most diligent estate agent I've ever met, always on hand to answer questions, provide reassurance and keep the stressful process of buying a property moving forward. Kay had a great relationship with the vendor which always makes any negotiation easier, and his solutions-orientated, positive approach made purchasing my new home as uncomplicated as it could have been. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Garrison Estates again. Kay serves his clients well and makes you feel as if you're the only client he has!

I recently worked with David from Garrison Estates and was extremely pleased with the amazing level of service that he provided. He was the glue that held everything together. He helped communicate between all parties, was extremely approachable and friendly, easy to message on WhatsApp and always available to take a call, helped push along the process when there were delays with getting information from third parties and even continued to relay information from the seller after the sale. I cannot imagine a more ideal estate agent to help navigate the complicated process of buying property, and I will definitely be looking to use David's services again in the future if I ever need to deal with selling property. Highly recommended. And thank you!

I cannot recommend Garrison Estates highly enough. I have known Kay since he sold me my family home 14 years ago. He was brilliant then, so I had no hesitation in instructing him for the rental of my flat in Kensal Green, especially knowing the innovative approach Garrison Estates take and their success rate. Right from the start, Kay and Natalie were fantastic. The marketing materials were first-rate and they were always on-hand to provide useful and honest feedback as I prepared the property for market. They worked tirelessly throughout the process and were always positive and energetic on the phone and in other communications. It's so refreshing to work with genuinely nice human beings and I always felt l was receiving a personal, individual service (which knowing how many other properties they were dealing with at the same time was quite something!). They have first class knowledge of the Kensal Rise/Kensal Green market and area. Natalie handled a large number of viewings and the property was let quickly and with no hassle to me whatsoever. The contractual paperwork was impeccable and everything was conducted honestly and transparently. I'm certain I will use them again in the future.

David at Garisson Estates was an absolute godsend throughout the process of buying my shared ownership home. From start to finish, he was communicative and always happy to answer any questions I had about buying. I also want to particularly highlight his patience, transparency, and professionalism during the challenges we experienced around completing. The hurdles and frustrations were taken in stride, and he did everything within his power to get things over the line, which, barring the blockers between other parties involved, would've finished up even quicker than they did.

I recently purchased a flat which was listed with Garrison Estates. From the get go Natalie was attentive, helpful, and went out of her way to provide an excellent service. She picked up phone calls and emails quickly and put in a lot of effort to help the purchase go through as quickly as possible. The sellers solicitors were very slow but she was very patient and good at encouraging them into action. I would definitely recommend her services! Thank you Natalie ????

I very nearly bought a flat in 2022 and this year is my first time renting since uni. Comparing the two experiences, I'd say renting is a lot more daunting. In that respect Natalie Ortiz made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I've met about five agents over the past couple of months and Natalie is by far the best. Easily the most pleasant, early to viewings and always kept me in the loop with developments. Glad to have her in my corner.
