Steven has given me exceptional levels of service in the last few months up to and including letting my flat for me. The flat needed a wholesale renovation, and Steven provided names of local contractors (builders, roofer, architect/planning) and advice on how to design the flat in order to make it suitable for letting to his typical client base. He gave huge amounts of his time kindly and enthusiastically and came to the building site for updates and to help me deal with issues with the contractors. His guiding and supremely experienced hand was invaluable on issues relating both to the renovation and the letting. He gave extremely knowledgeable advice on the rent I could receive and himself made the flat look attractive for the marketing process. A rather small and dated estate agent. But the only thing that wasn't dated was the prices for the various listed properties in w1 and w2. The staff were very helpful and promised to get back to me. I cannot recommend Hellas Helvetia enough ! The team (Steven and Eleni in particular) are very helpful and responsive. Whatever the issue, they always came to the rescue (including locking myself out in the evening; breaking my contract earlier because I moved overseas etc.). From the first time I interacted with them for a first visit until after I left the flat Steven has shown nothing but integrity, professionalism and great sympathy. TERRIBLE!! Do not go here, do not even call!!!!!! I just called to ask about a flat. treated me very rudely and disrespectfully as a woman. I was shocked. He threatened me. I said I could make a one-year payment in advance for this flat also I said I have my own Ltd company. He mocked me and said he didn't believe I had my company. It's interesting how he don't believe because of my voice. I will send my documents before contracting the flat at finish anyway. What right does he have to say I don't believe you? he also lied while giving information about the flat that the flat was kept. While we are on phone I had a friend with me and he told me something. The guy (owner agency) said that he wanted to have a video chat with that person and that he would call immediately. I am really surprised at such disrespectful behavior. This is never a professional real estate company. After reading the comments, I saw that other people were experiencing the same thing. He said that competitor companies wrote to them in reply, but they are lying. landlords do not give your flat here.... Read more

AWESOME agency!! I came across Hellas-Helvetia by chance three years ago and I always felt lucky to have them manage the flat I was renting. They have proved to be a truly exceptional estate agent - professional, straightforward, very attentive to the tenant while at the same time really friendly and approachable. During the three years of interacting with them I had only positive experiences. Anything that required attention in the flat was dealt with immediately. The deposit was returned in full and very promptly. To sum it up in one sentence - great service from the start to the end of the renting process!! I can't recommend the Hellas Helvetia team highly enough; Steven in particular was tremendously helpful throughout my rental period - from the first viewing to any urgent requests and the key handover at the end. I don't know many agents who would come by your flat on a Saturday night, after you locked yourself out of your apartment, but Steven is one of those rare individuals! This agency is incredible! My partner, our dog, and I have had such wonderful experiences with everyone who works there, and we are so grateful to have found them! We moved to London from the U.S. this past summer, and Steven and Eleni made our move so simple and stress-free, helping us to navigate the differences in renting in the UK and replying to every question promptly and professionally. In the midst of a stressful international move, Hellas-Helvetia was a godsend, and we continue to find them so kind and helpful as our landlords. One of the most important qualities for us as renters is that everyone in the agency is a true dog lover (especially Steven, who is wonderful with our dog) and welcomed us to this pet-friendly flat with such enthusiasm. They helped us find a couch cover for the leather couch (so that our dog can sit on it) and encouraged us to have it delivered to their office ahead of our move. Superb estate agents. I have been renting my property periodically through Hellas Helvetia for over ten years. I have always been provided impeccable levels of service and attention from Steve and Eleni. They have always gone above and beyond to find me superb tenants and have taken good care of my property while i work overseas throughout this time. They have been highly responsive to any requests i have made [for example getting remedial work done on my flat] and i have never had any issues. As a property owner it is important to me to have professional agents looking after my property. Steve and Eleni have always met my requirements for tenants and offered me sound professional advice on renting my flat. My friend and I have just left our flat after 3 years. What a great independent agency with fantastic service. We received our whole deposit back with no charges incurred except for some lightbulbs that we forgot to replace. Our washing machine broke down and within 24 hours an engineer was there and then the following day a new machine was installed!! The team is absolutely amazing and so easy to communicate with and the Manager Steven is always available if required. I would strongely recommend this agency as our previous agents we have used were sadly very poor and slow to satisfy your needs! NEVER GO TO THIS AGENCY!!!!! To be honest, I don't even think it's an agency, it's more a kind of small organisation. It looks like it's going to collapse at any minute. They overcharged you over everything, are incompetent, hardly answer to demands, and are so slow at doing their job. I can assure you, it has nothing to do with the big agencies you find on the market. There is hardly any staff there: 3 or 4 people working under the rule of a DICTATOR (the manager who is a disrespectful and horrible human being). I talked to other tenants who had problems with them (one was actually denied access to his flat). I wish I had looked at the reviews before. By the way, the only 2 good review you see on google are from the staff (JOKE). STAY AWAY!!... Read more
