Here is a photograph of one of their lettings. This is a Studio flat located in the South Side of Glasgow. Unfortunately their tenant has many mental issues and is making all other residents life a living nightmare. The place is a squat and in a terrible state of repair. Despite this Contempo are disinterested. The reason I was able to get a photograph of the internal is that the Tenant was not given a set of keys when he moved into the property weeks and weeks ago so they leave the door opened whenever they are away from the flat. Have a look on their Facebook page and you will see the post they have boasting about how cheap they got the property and how much money they make renting it out. Tenants and Owners beware, communication with Contempo is dismissive and unprofessional at best. Dreadful. Rogue landlords.... Read more
