Poor communication when asked questions firstly via email. The manager was never available to speak with. Staff couldn’t answer questions. Viewings were restricted, even when asked for various times. When finally spoke to manager, it was very condescending/cheeky just because we weren’t familiar with the way things are done in Scotland compared to home. Not a great experience…we noticed they sell lots in the area but their attitude was terrible. We’ve now bought in the area and will not be using them when we decide to sell in future.... Read more
