We are renting with this company right now. I don't have the wrong company, we went to your Bearsden office to pick up the keys so we have the right listing that we are reviewing here. The fact that you say that you don't have my name on your records also shows the type of business you are running. Attached is a screenshot of the latest payment receipt via email from 'you'.
Coming to the review - we intimated you of a mould issue in our residence months ago. Attached are some photos as evidence of what we are experiencing out of no fault of our own. Your contractors came once, did some exterior work that we weren't updated on and just left us in a limbo. Now we are living in one of your properties with growing mould and a serious health concern. We are calling you everyday for an update and still nothing concrete has been done. I absolutely stick to the 1 star review.

I had booked a viewing for a flat owned by this company. Turned up to the house 10 minutes early and waited until my appointment time. There was no-one in the flat and no-one waiting in their car to show me around. After failed attempts to phone, I finally got through to someone who was wholly unhelpful. Not only did they imply it was my fault for being late (I phoned after waiting 10 minutes passed my booking time), I was told that I should wait at the property and they would get in touch with an agent who would show me around. It's 5 hours later and Im still waiting for that call back. Totally unprofessional and uncaring service which costed me time and travel inconvenience.

I have been dealing with the Property Bureau since 2017 for rental properties I have and would be happy to recommend their team to anyone looking for a professional organisation to deal with any size of rental portfolio. However I need to give special mention to Lynsey Pacitti who is an absolute credit to the company and has dealt with me for the last 7 years. Effortlessly professional at all times. All issues/problems are dealt with easily. She always been on hand to offer professional advice in how to deal with matters. This inspires great confidence that I am in the right hands. Based upon my most recent dealings with Lynsey, who came up trumps again, has inspired me to leave this review. Slightly unlike me as don't often do so. Thanks again!

I have been urgently looking for a rental to let over the last couple of months as my landlord unexpectedly decided to sell. During what could have been a really stressful time the Property Bureau girls were absolutely amazing. I dealt with Nicky, Lynsey and Jackie over a period of weeks and they were all so helpful and friendly and their customer service was second to none. Despite a property eventually being found elsewhere they provided me with reassurance the right flat would come along and even helped me look outwith their company. This is a testament to the Property Bureau and how they put the client and their needs first. Thanks for everything.

I rented my mother's house in Bearsden a few years ago. The Property Bureau are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not check the house during the tenancy and when the tenants left the property was left in a disgusting state.

Been a tenant for 4 years and I would not recommend. We have always struggled to get any type of repairs done. Not very responsive to emails or on the website help page either.
For example we reported mould in our property in June 2023 and we are still awaiting someone to remove the mould.

I have been a tenant renting a flat from Property Bureau since July 2020.
Our Property Manager over the course of my tenure has been Lisa, and I cannot express the amount of professionalism, approachability and helpfulness she has provided to both myself and my flatmate.
We have also had contact with other members of the Property Bureau team, and have been met with the same standard as Lisa has shown.
Over my time as a tenant, when we have raised any concern or fault in the flat, this has been met and dealt with quickly and professionally by the team.
We have also had major troubles with our gas and electric company over our tenure, and when approached for advice, the Property Bureau team have went above and beyond what would be expected of a letting agent, and for this, I am forever grateful.
I would happily recommend Property Bureau to anyone looking to rent property.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I was a tenant with this letting agent and they ripped me off. Very unprofessional and very money minded. They do not care about the tenants experience, they’ll go to great lengths to fabricate evidence and get money out of your deposit. Please STAY AWAY if you value your time and money. The house I got was given in a bad condition and even after repeated calls they would not clean or fix the problems. Had to do it myself. In the end they charged me £550 for “cleaning”. To add to all this, they did not even bother to do the checking on my tenancy end date. They took their own time to visit the property and did it in my absence. They even asked me to leave the keys in the mail slot which is very dangerous. If they had been serious about their job they wouldn’t do this. I think we can all safely agree that the tenant should be present during the inspection of the property. I’ve got email correspondence of the same. They just needed money out of my deposit and they got it. Pathetic excuse for a company.

Five stars are not enough to rate this absolutely outstanding company. Having worked with the Property Bureau as a property owner for 12+ years each and every member of staff have been professional, efficient, hugely helpful in every aspect of the journey. Paul project managed a full refurbishment, new kitchen and flooring. Nothing was too much trouble. He is very familiar with all aspects of managing the property and the legal process for tenants and landlords.
Andrew and Lynsey were equally outstanding in the service they have provided in securing a sale of the property.
I would highly recommend Property Bureau if you are considering renting or selling a property. They are the definition of outstanding customer service from start to finish. 10/10??

Currently on day 11 of being homeless, was given the keys to a flat in the west end and assured it was ‘professionally cleaned’. Turned up to the flat and within 1 hour reported the obvious pest infestation and cleanliness issues to the letting agents. I have had to pay for a fumigation out of my own money after paying the landlord 3.8k upfront and being told that there was no pest infestation after they sent their own company out. I contacted an Independent contractor as I was dissatisfied with the conclusion there were no pests having found live larvae. They immediately identified a carpet beetle and larder beetle infestation. The letting agents repeatedly told me that the landlord feels she has spent a lot of money on the flat and doesn’t want to spend anymore and that she is a ‘really nice person’. They clearly rent out a lot of her properties and their hands are deep in her pockets. Landlord is KCA Property Ltd. Name: Caroline Clark. It took them 1 week to replace the mattress all the while they knew I was still unable to live in the property, which they informed me was ‘my choice’. Used hypodermic needles on top of cupboards, layers and layers of dirt. Landlord is refusing to give me any money back for the time I have not been able to reside in the property due to the issues that are still ongoing. They will not respond to you on Mondays and they tend to leave you hanging for the weekend as a tenant. The lack of communication is astounding and I had to turn up to the office in person as they had no one available to fix the issues over email. Do not rent from them. I am currently over 4k out of pocket and still spending money to compensate for my lack of accommodation.

We moved to this property last August , my daughter was 14 , this November she will be 16 . Landlady send us notice for breach of contract . Subletting her property with another tenant . She also asking proof of my daughter's age
Property Bureau got nothing to say to her as our Estate agent ????????shame . Before doing the Tenancy agreement we filled all the paper works and procedures ????????
We have been left without acwashing machine since last March . Its in the inventory list . We are both front liners . Land lady says she provided as Courtesy .. ????

This estate agency has no work ethics. They did false advertising of properties online during covid. They showed me a video of the flat I rented where the state of the bathroom wall was conveniently left out. I was not given the opportunity to have a viewing of the flat due to covid restrictions. I was only informed of an issue with the bathroom wall after I had already signed the tenancy agreement. They took two months to bring the contractors to repair the bathroom wall which had a massive leak. There was mould all over the wall and a terrible damp smell. This was partially hidden behind a wet wall. After the repairs started the bathroom was basically a construction site with no sink and no warm water. They still stated: "our property is not considered to be uninhabitable". They did not want to provide an alternative accommodation during the repair despite me paying £600 rent for 1 bedroom flat. The way how they treat tenants is a total disgrace. It has been a very distressing experience. If you are reading this please believe me when I say these people are not trustworthy.

I am a tenant in a property that is let and managed by Property Bureau.
I have not been pleased with the service provided because:
1. My neighbour reported water leaking into their flat below. As this was a fairly small but constant amount of water Property bureau did not fix this for over a year. This caused damage to my neighbours flat.
2. They pressurised me to allow painters and decorators into the house so that the house could be prepared for sale. This was very stressful and resulted in me having to seek legal advice. (I was advised that I do not have to let the painters in.) My house buy had been delayed by a month and they used the fact that I wanted to stay on another month as leverage. It has all been very unpleasant and affected my sleep.

My experience with this Property Agency is greatly satisfactory. I have been renting with them for 4 years and I have never had any problem whatsoever. They are quick, efficient and effective when it comes to sort out any issue regarding the property.
At a personal level, I would like to remark their kindness and willingness to help, which I definitively appreciate even more!

We were renting with them for a year and a half and were extremely satisfied with their service from the very begining. The staff is very nice and fast with responses. Every query we had was answered and resolved instantly. Very professional and they really do put customers first. Would have been glad to stay with them for longer if we weren't looking for a bigger flat. Highly recommend renting with them.

Really unprofessional and poor customer service. Wouldn't even view a house with them again. Went to visit a property and immediately got back to them saying we were interested. Very little communication even though we chased up several times asking even just to let us know if someone else was being reviewed for the property after initially being asked to have the deposit ready on the same day which we did. Very misleading and disappointed in the service. And queue a response which accepts no responsibility as the previous reviews show. I have dealt with other companies who have kept us on the loop on a daily basis. Not from this company. Stringing people along. As I said prior poor communication and I don't need copies of the email you sent I have it and my husband is still waiting for a call back which you haven't even bothered to return!!!!

The worse customer service ever. On the departure inspection date, the female agent was not prepared, nor presentable and very unprofessionally late to the appointment. The language in communication following that, was cold and did not give any regards for coming to an agreement with the cleaning charges. I do not recommend them!

Was reassured it was a long-term tenancy but sent eviction notice after 3 months because landlord sold it. I was 7 months pregnant. I would expect a property agency to have some decency and inform us it was not the right place for us.

Really nice people! Always willing and able to help with any problem with my properties. Very fair agents who, in my opinion, represent both the tenants and the landlords views equally. I feel this is important in the age of the "slumlord". They have always raised any issues immediately and always fixed them efficiently and effectively. Definitely recommend them for both the peace of mind of the landlord and the welfare of the tenant.

Called them to ask about a property, told it has GCH, arranged a viewing and went there to find out there is no central heating in the flat whatsoever. Big waste of time (which I had to take off from work).
