Not just a pleasure but a real win dealing with Coopers Hillingdon. From the first meeting with Charelle Hastings to appraise and advise to the support of the team thru the trouble free viewings, negotiations and detailed and conscientious follow up to exchange of contracts I would highly recommend Cooper’s. Final sale at more than we hoped to achieve, thanks to their considered approach I’d not hesitate recommending them. Thank you Charelle and all who were instrumental in this easy journey.

I went with my son to view a house and we were met at the property by Alfie. He was lovely, professional, very polite and helpful answering all my questions. As well he e-mailed me back what I have asked him in a short period of time. Thank you Alfie!

Spent 2 days in London just to secure a 2 bdr flat. Found one, visited Coopers filled in all documentation PAID holding deposit. They called me later the same day to advice they also obtained another offer and holding deposit from another person who offered more money so had to inform landlord (how is that even possible?). I had already cancelled all other viewings so I had to leave London with no flat secured. Worse service ever. Avoid!

Thank you to Terri for working things out in regard to the silverfish problem. Silverfish may not be dangerous as such, but it is a relief when landlords take it as seriously as the tenants.

When things go bad, real character is revealed. ALEX KING and DAVID LEEK failed the test. It’s day two into our contract and the bed we negotiated hasn’t arrived. It hasn’t even been ordered for all we know. The agents didn’t respond to our cry for help. The very least they could do is replying to the email saying they will try and get a hold of the landlord. But we got no reply.
The rest of experience was alright except there was no inventory done at the beginning of the lease.

We have only good words to say about Coopers Residential. Andrew, Callan and Charlea were always responsive, professional and helpful. They manage to maintain the best interests of the landlord but still being friendly and helpful towards the tenants. All the best!
