Really happy to have rented my flat through Dexters with Louie, when our initial flat of interest fell through he quickly found us an even nicer and better situated flat. He brilliantly negotiated payment terms with the landlord, so that we (as students) could secure the flat. Some issues with paperwork but all in all very good experience!

I was in urgent search for an apartment the past week and managed to find a good one so quickly with the help of lettings consultant Brandon Cox. He was efficient and handled everything professionally. He was also extremely helpful and knows his work very well. Overall, was a great experience, highly recommended.

This morning l had the pleasure, in conversing with a colleague by the name of Mr. Alex Squance. Within moments of leaving the agency, l received an email confirming my visiting request for the afternoon.  Alex's actions and promises were met on time and are a testament to himself as a person and as a company representative. 

Unfortunately, the rental was not for me. In hindsight, after dealing with more than 30 agents since Wednesday, l can honestly say none until now have come close to encapsulating the professionalism l experienced today.

Spoke to Alex in lettings. Whilst he was initially willing to help us source a property, he later advised that he was unable to help as all the 2 beds had been let. Complete and utter joke! Their website has many 2 beds available. I then pointed this out on a particular property. Alex stated that the landlord wants a 12month let, I agreed and then he said the landlord wants a 24 month let. He then said sorry I can't help you any further. His decision was probably based on hear-say from his friend at another agency who does not like me anymore. It's ok, they are close-knit, I understand, it just shows how very sly and unprofessional they are. And for the record, the other agent does not like me because he secretly asked me on a date and I refused as I am not that way inclined. You are losing money for your company chain Alex. Professionalism is non-existent here. Thumbs down for Alex at Dexters!

From the first point of contact with Alison, to then viewing a selected number of potential properties with her; and then that last hurdle to the final purchase of the home we wanted: her professional and informed help and approach were especially valued.

Stuart Aikman is a brillant agent. He found the perfect apartment for us and was key in the success of the deal negotiation and execution. He is of good advice, straightforward and knows the local market very well. He takes the time to understand clearly what your are looking for and seeks for you the rights products so that you don't waste time on useless viewings. Alison at Dexter’s Fitzrovia was extremely helpful with finding me my property in the Fitzrovia area. She was very professional and punctual, I never felt pressured to go above my budget, nor to look at properties that didn't fit my specifications, my feedback was listened to and to the correct adjustments to further property searches were made based on this. Despite a lengthy search, only through my own exacting and constantly changing requirements, she remained patient and courteous. A luxury I have not had with other similar agents.
