Highly unorganised and unprofessional. Issues with our rental were never resolved to a good level of quality which we then had to amend ourselves, topped off with being charged for things by being put on the spot over the phone which they then failed to justify when we asked for evidence at our end of tenancy after reviewing the contract. Avoid avoid avoid, there's obviously a reason all of the reviews on here for Cowles Estate agency are negative, it's a shame they couldn't prove us wrong as they seemed like nice people.... Bought property through them (had no choice due to sole agent for the property)...worst experience ever. 1. The owner has no regards to how to treat people, very rude. 2.. Very pushy for sale! 3. Worst of all, we found out they accepted multiple offers for the same house. (not to mention its completely illegal to do that) AVOID if you can! Lady owner is polite and cooperative is the only plus point!... Read more
