Regretting to go to this estate agent in Sutton,they are unprofessional and cheated me. Briefly I sort out a flat with them just before Covid lockdown, I got stranded in India came to see my family. Things moved in terms of Surveys and Searches.

One day recently Manager called me whether I am still interested to go ahead, I said 100 % YES ,but I got bit suspicious and started looking at property websites, realised property prices are affected so I wrote about negotiation of price looking at market.

At my first positive email that I am keen to buy but negotiate a bit. Manager wrote me that client want to look for other buyers which we’re interested in past. In next email he didn’t bother to ask whether I can pay certain price that client wants RATHER he wrote his regrets that this property is going to
someone else.

I felt so disgusted n cheated that Manager should have some professionalism as he is a middle man for Buyer and Seller, he has to behave rationally rather than a crooked Businessman.
