Carolyn was fantastic through out the process, always responding to calls and emails immediately, Carolyn even emailed out of hours to keep me informed what was happening to put me at ease. Highly recommend this company and I will be using in the future for selling or buying a property.

Was referred to CozyHomes4U by a friend, amd couldn't reccommend them highly enough.
Very professional service, and within 2 weeks we had found and signed for a property that was perfect for us
Chloe our Letting Agent couldn't of been friendlier, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our transition into our new home was as smooth as possible, and would always make time for our questions and needs.
Will be my first port of call for if and when we ever decide to move onto our next property!

Was recently referred to cosy homes for a property to rent within 2weeks they had me a suitable property and moved in! which was affordable and spacious. I met 3 of the team who was polite and a credit to the company.
Couldnt have asked for a better service all round.

Both my daughter and my brother have recently sold properties through Cosy Homes and even my parents too have put their property for sale with them.
We have had four viewings in four days.
I only mention it as they were recommended to me and I’ve had no problems whatsoever.
The photos taken were great and plentiful and my dealings with the staff and owner have been very pleasant.
They were competitive on price and we wanted an honest appraisal as we want to sell.
I’ve seen the negative reviews but they mainly seem from renters. I let properties myself and would point out that it is the landlord who should be sorting problems out and if Cosy Homes are passing the complaints on there is little they can do.
Funny how they get 5 stars or 1 star and little in between.

A knowledgable, professional and friendly service that is excellent value for money and clear and upfront regarding costs, with an excellent and realistic knowledge of the housing market ensured that every effort iwas made to achive the best price for our property. Carolyn are the girls were a great help throughout our tenancy over the years. Only a small company but very effective judging by the amount of sold properties on their site. As a tenant they look after you, and getting your deposit back was quibble free.
