I would give this property management company zero stars if I could. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. They ignored mine and my husbands emails for weeks, they never answered the phone, and somehow made every simple issue feel impossible to resolve. They took our deposit and then told us the landlord no longer wanted to give us the tenancy for no good reason. We had to wait 12 weeks for our deposit to be refunded. As soon as our tenancy contract was signed, their true colours showed. They were both rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested with our concerns. It honestly felt like once they had your money, they wanted nothing to do with you. Communication was awful, professionalism was nonexistent, and accountability was nowhere to be found. Would like to 100% advise staying well clear of purchasing property, especially new-build property from Neil Anthony Harrison. Two years snagging means absolutely nothing as he flat out refuses to sort the issues out of the house. Buy from a reputable developer, warning potential buyers , as he uses this agent to sell his property. This agent hasn’t helped post-sale to resolve it for me. UPDATE May 2026 Would also like to add, during the mortgage stage, my lender required me to have a new build warranty in place. Upon calling this estate agent, they said the warranty is with ‘X’ company. Upon calling this company, they said the property only has a PCC certificate in place, not a 10-year warranty. Absolutely scandalous that I have been completely misled not only by the developer but also by this estate agent. Buyers beware. Have instructed solicitors to get involved.... Read more
