He explained in detail how the process of selling works and also buying our next property. He was very informative. The pictures he took were outstanding!! The office staff have kept us updated throughout & again so polite and professional. Lovely people, lovely company!!

26th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)Useless we gave everything thay asked for and more even was willing to pay 4 mouths rent up front to help thing along to then after two weeks of no phone calls and I'm always calling them to get updated for them to then ask to come and look at the property I'm living in that thay don't even own

You could always depend on them to put your mind at ease if you had any questions . There professionalism was second to none .

They came round and photographed the property and was advertised up for sale the same afternoon. Viewings booked for the following weekend and sold within a week! Competitive pricing as well!

26th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid at all costs. This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property. Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
2nd Nov 2018 (6 years ago)Been dealing with/working with Waltons for years from my time at the council and also running my own business. I have always found Martin and Kate to be very knowledgeable and refreshingly work very hard to promote 'betterment' for their business and their customers/clients also for the areas where they have properties. In my opinion, they are certainly the most reputable commercial agents in Tameside and very knowledgeable and experienced and speak common sense.

25th Nov 2024 (7 weeks ago)We recently Sold our House Through A Wilson Estates - And Couldn't Be More Pleased With The Service. They Were So Helpful and Friendly. I Wouldn't Hesitate To Recommend Them To Anyone, And Will Certainly Be Using Them Again ourselves If we Move Again

Very bad experience initially started good until the figures came in, that was a shocker & way too low I did feel pressured & harassed by calls etc. Felt They wanted an instant descion & gave false information which I checked out with my solicitor, I did get a few apologies about the initial recommended value admitting it was low. What if I had agreed??. Avoid this company and their associates give them a wide berth.

Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Liam set realistic expectations and over delivered on those expectations. I would highly recommend The Agency UK as a result. Thank you ????

Daniel assisted with the initial valuation and demonstrated excellent market knowledge and a great understanding of our needs as vendors. Georgia was friendly, helpful and very proactive in her approach to communication throughout the process. She quickly arranged a substantial block of viewings, obtained several strong offers, and provided regular updates and reassurance throughout the sale. As we are not based in the area, it was even more important for us to have a trusted local partner to work with. Thank you Georgia and Daniel for all your help and support!
