If you are thinking about buying a Crest Nicholson home then think again! The head office staff are beyond rude, unhelpful and the service is beyond disapponting. We have just purchased a home in the Harrietsham development and were hassled by the staff daily prior to completion but when it comes to resolving issues with the houses they build they do not want to know! Wish we had given our money to somebody else... Read more
