Julie made it her mission to get us in for a certain date and followed through. Any minor issues we’ve had and that’s not many Julie has replied very quickly with a solution and has always offered further help if needed. Thank you xxx

3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I'm a first time home byer and I was finding it hard to find a good mortgage adviser. I was then recommended Audrey at MMS from my cousin who is with them. I spoke to Audrey and she went through all the details and got me a mortgage in principle. Audrey also kept me up to date with better deals as they were coming out to get the best rates. Audrey and her team helped me from start to finish and I felt more relaxed. I would like to say a big thanks to Audrey and her team for everything they have done and I will defiantly keep using them as there service is fantastic. 100%?????

2nd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)The survey provided was efficient, helpful and friendly. The report was received promptly and all queries answered quickly and simply, including plenty of photos of the flat roof. It was good to find a surveyor who could survey a flat roof at a very competitive price.

She was quick to respond to my emails and everything just sailed smoothly. I cannot recommend this firm and their proffessional personel Courtney enough. Thank you so much for your help.

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The Bluebell Estate team showed their amazing true colours from the 1st phone call I made to them to enquire about a property. Throughout my 2.5 years tenancy I have found the whole team to be very professional but more importantly to me they have all been genuine, honest & lovely people. I recommend Bluebell Estates 100 percent.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

23rd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lovely staff who are friendly and approachable. Caroline is lovely and was always providing us with weekly updates. Very knowledgeable and genuine. Staff were always positive, despite having a long 10 month wait which was down to vendors. Lovely little goodie bag received on completion.
8th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)We sold with Dan Thomas & Co and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and caring experience. At every step of the process there was excellent communication and we were constantly kept up to date with any progress. The whole team went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. In particular Lorraine and Claire were so brilliant; from arranging viewings, answering any questions, and even helping to contact solicitors for updates for us. Dan himself was extremely professional, honest, and attentive throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lived in a flat provided by the agency for almost 2 years. The state of the flat when I moved in wasn’t great and everything broke. Boiler broke several times, once for 3 weeks over the winter and the agency didn’t seem to mind it too much and they “generously” let £50 off my rent. All my heaters broke as well and had to be changed. The agency couldn’t tell me, who my electricity provider was when I was trying to change providers and the actual electricity meter was registered under the wrong address so it was impossible to change it. Before moving out they asked me to provide the flat for a 4 hour hours long viewing sessions, which I agreed to and the girl who was carrying out the viewings locked herself into the bathroom, disturbing my expensive theatre experience. Luckily an emergency locksmith got her out leaving a mess. Whenever anything broke, the handymen would leave a mess and I got to clean. When moving out, the procedure the estate agency has was extremely stressful, they ended up deducting for cleaning after the flat was professionally cleaned. They ended up deducting for minor damages for things that were already used and not in great condition, when I moved in. I would stay away from this company in the future.

My family and I found her to be thoughtful intelligent, and genuine just a nice person. Matthew & Rowan are Legends!! I would also like to thank you both personally for calling them solicitors constantly to get the thumbs up to release my new set of keys!! We would like to say big thank you to Knight Edmonds. The Ross Family!!- 18th May 2022 (1 year ago)Moving in 2021 definitely was a challenge, but dealing with Paige definitely made it easier! We had a very difficult purchase, but she really did go above and beyond and jump through the sellers hoops as best she could. 4 stars were given because- the manager at the time of the branch was beyond rude every time we spoke with him, and on the day of collecting our keys he made some very awful comments. Also we were instructed to use lifetime legal through SM, which will cost you £700 more and LL served no purpose at all. We still needed a different conveyancer and solicitor so they were just an email go between with no authority. Look out for this as a year later LL will try and charge for a ‘membership ’ you never signed up for or needed.
