Carina and Tracy are helpful, professional and always keep me in the loop and communicate effectively and efficiently. They are quick to act upon any leads and try to do the best they can for both the tenant and the landlord. I would definitely recommend them every time, without a doubt.

They didnt even try to understand that.Evenafter realising and visualising seroius issues on a property tried to push for sale . Kate was the one who atleast was approachable . Received very arrogant attitude from other staff. Would not recommend for buyers,especially first time buyers.

2nd Dec 2024 (7 weeks ago)I would highly recommend medway mortgage shop. We have recently just completed on our house sale. The communication was fantastic. All the team are professional and so helpful. Justine kept us up to date with our sale and has been outstanding throughout. We can not thank them enough for what they have done.

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)We sold our flat with Eden Estates and it was the best thing we did. It was on the market with another estate agent for 6 months with barely any viewings and as soon as we put it up with Eden it sold in 3 months. After the sale, we worked with Lisa Quantrell who worked tirelessly (sometimes even outside of the sales hours) to chase solicitors and have difficult conversations with them when they weren’t doing their jobs. Without her, our flat wouldn’t have sold let alone gone all the way through to exchange. Despite the difficulties with solicitor communication, Lisa was the glue that held it together and kept it all going always with a positive attitude. She had us and our buyers’ best interests at heart throughout the whole sale. She is a star and we are so thankful for her. Would definitely recommend Eden to anyone selling or buying a property. Thank you again!
