Communication during sale very poor. Very unhelpful once they have a sale and rude. Also held on to a set of keys post completion so locks needed changing.
Avoid if possible. Plenty of more reputable agents.

As soon as the house became sale ready, photos, EPC and a sharp listing ensued. Within 5 days and Madeleine's expertise we secured a quick house saw for a fantastic price which I am extremely happy with. I also took Madeleines advice on solicitor and she looked after the whole process right through to completion. After receiving terrible service from another local estate agent (leading to a successful ombudsman case), we decided to try the local agent, Madeleine Rose. From the first meeting it was clear that they were very market aware, extremely professional and super responsive. Phone calls were always taken or rapidly replied to, Agreed actions were always completed in a timely fashion and all their comments (both good and bad) proved accurate and very reassuring, during a stressful process and particularly when they were dealing with other agents and conveyancers in the property chain. This led to a successful sale. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

There have been some really challenging situations with tenants and Madeleine Rose's team have conducted themselves so well - we are most impressed. The only negative is we have now sold the property so will not be working with them any more.
