Sold my house today after a year of trying to shift it. 1 buyer fell through, and various other unavoidable issues that come with selling a property with an ex-partner, and here we are! Sam & Matt were invaluable to the whole process.
They kept communication up throughout the entire time, especially Sam who dealt with the majority of the issues.
Thank you so much to both of you, and the whole team at Philip Jarvis. A whole years worth of work at such a reasonable price. I would 10/10 recommend.

I found the staff in the Lenham branch to be extremely professional and proficient. They kept me up to date throughout the process even when we were abroad. I would definitely use them again and can recommend them to anyone thinking of moving. I mostly spoke with Matt and he is a really empathetic guy who understands the stress that goes with selling a property. Many Thanks to all the staff in the Lenham branch.

As a tenant everyone I've ever dealt with have been amazing at Philip Jarvis - Philip himself is a lovely chatty man. They're very understanding and go out of their way to make sure you're happy in your home whilst making sure everything is as expected for the landlord.
