Be aware, they will have no problem increasing rent during the Covid pandemic and will state it is because of the tenants 'enjoying' below market rates anyway. We have been living on a building site for nearly a year now. So disappointing.... Read more

Been tenant in one of the flats for two months (first tenant) and the amount of issues happening is ridiculous! The whole development was built extremely poorly and the servise is super slow nothing is being fixed. Problems with water pressure, incomplete balcony doors, water under the flooring, water inside the bathroom lights etc. With the rent being over 1700 pounds a month for 2 bed flat this is unacceptable....
