I had my house up with kings walthamstow branch for over 1 and 1/2 years result 0 I am out of pocket by £1500. Their staff is incompetent and unreliable. After the chain dropped most of the viewings were done by my wife alone, someone called from the office saying sorry car stuck in the car park, stuck in traffic jam, staff called in sick etc so can you please do the viewings. Also, after the chain dropped after the viewings, we would personally have to call back for the feedback for the viewing not even once we were given the feedback for the viewing by the office on their own no offers were ever put to us. Most of the staff did not even know that we were actually buying from you, all in all I would recommend all the customers to stay away from KINGS Walthamstow.

I had a fantastic experience buying a flat through Kings Group, specifically with Deborah. She was responsive to questions, and available to help at all points throughout the buying process. She’s also great at getting into contact with unresponsive solicitors! Would definitely recommend.

I reviewed a flat in manor park , made my offer and kept contacting the company they treat you like you weight nothing and they don’t reply or give yo I any feedback , it’s been so bad dealing with them specially this guy ( Gabriel ) which he should be a manager it’s very bad really dealing with them

It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Kings. We bought the property 13 years ago with Kings and also we sold the property with Kings. It’s been amazing service that we received. We couldn’t have sold the property without Debra‘s help. She’s been an absolute amazing star. I know there are other staff also available but she’s the only person I found very helpful, put herself into Customer shoe and really dedicated giving her 100% above and beyond. And I really hope someone on the high-level appreciate her hard work and the level of service she’s providing to the customers. All I can say is she’s a really key acid to Kings. Kings is very lucky to have someone like Debrha and their team.

I've been in touch with Rohman over the last couple of months looking for a property to buy and he's been absolutely brilliant. He has spent time getting to know and understand what I'm looking for and has been incredibly helpful when looking at a couple of properties about the pricing in the area, what to expect from certain types of properties, really proactive in sending me ones that he thinks would be good for me. Genuinely, I've found this to be quite rare in London that estate agents take the time to inform their clients and listen to them and Rohman was the total opposite, really knew his stuff and has helped me a lot. Would recommend him to anyone, particularly those buying their first property who are new to this whole thing! Thanks Rohman.

I still remember the day I viewed my new home, amidst 10 other people. Despite such high demand, thanks to Gabriel, we managed to secure the property. He was extremely helpful and guided us through the process swiftly. He processed all our documents on the same day and submitted our offer, keeping me updated constantly
Gabriel negotiated with the landlord to give us plenty of time to move conveniently, which took out a majority of our stress.
