If you are thinking of buying here, please check that the floors are flat. Take a viewing without your shoes on and look for variances in gaps underneath all the doors. Multiple flats have bumps and dips of over 40mm from a zero point at the threshold. Estimated costs to repair are in excess of £75,000. Nothing but problems and delays from Crest Nicholson, with a total lack of updates from them in the process. Failed to inform buyers that the bricklayers went bust, and failed to conform to NHBC standards. Currently over 3 months past the expected completion date and still a total lack of information. Having offered compensation over the phone this has now gone quiet and will undoubtedly fall into an empty promise once I complete. Crest have been nothing but dreadful through the whole home buying process. Avoid them at all costs.... Read more
