Excellent service. Simon and Byron were a great support aat the start of the process ( there were problems) giving practical advice on how to proceed. Once we had a buyer Sapphire got things moving, intervening on my behalf with solicitors when things seemed to be going round in circles. Also explaining progress and apparent holdups. Couldn't speak more highly of Saphire and Byron. Replies to everything were exceptionally quick and considered. Having a separate progress professional was invaluable as I had another property fall through (with a different company) where everything was on the initial agent which slowed things down. The team are professional, helpful and proactive with attracting clients. I originally bought my flat through Robinson Jackson 8 years ago and, after trying a couple of other estate agents this time round, returned to them. From start to finish the process with Robinson Jackson has been smooth with Saphire, the sales progressor, being worth her weight in gold when handling the solicitors and other estate agents further up the very long chain with delay after delay. Very good services from start to finish with the Sydenham office. We have sold our flat through Robinson Jackson and would recommend it to anyone. Simon & Byron have been great on the sale side (valuation, marketing, arranging visits, etc). Both very professional and organised. Once we found our buyers, Saphire took over our sale to ensure it gets through to completion smoothly. Our situation has been complex (in the middle of a chain with various legal hurdles along the way) and Saphire has been an incredible support and all-star troubleshooter until the last day. The whole team at the Sittingbourne branch have been extremely helpful and understanding whilst trying to move my elderly mum. The group WhatsApp chat was really convenient and you felt like there was continuous support. The worst experience we’ve had as buyers with any agents in London. The branch manager is rude and pushy, they are uncommunicative (never pick up the phone, which goes automatically to voice mail), and it very much felt as if the process was anything but transparent. Our offer was formally accepted, but we were then gazumped and not given the chance to match the offer or find any way forward. These things happen, but there is a human side to buying a property and Robinson Jackson certainly did not show theirs. It is quite telling how different their approach is with sellers, based on reviews. A rather short-sighted approach given buyers in the area will inevitably become sellers - and we will not use or recommend them based on our experience.... Read more
