He got back to our questions within the working day, was happy to meet for second, third, and fourth viewings, and kept calm and friendly during the entire purchasing process. 10/10.

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. I had a very difficult buyer and the team kept the sale on track with their communication and professionalism. In the end the sale went through and everyone was happy. A special mention to Richard, Rena, Amir and Ross as they were key in making the move happen

We have had the Team at The Address look after our property (as a rental) for the last 10 years while living abroad - always responsive, professional and forthcoming in supporting us. We had no hesitation in having the Team look after the recent sale of our home. The Team went above and beyond in taking care and guiding us through the stress of selling (while living abroad) - it was seamless. Thanks Team - sensational work!

Guy, Joey and Felix are positive and stay calm under pressure. Their attitude helped me enormously. Our sale went well and Joey worked hard to keep our buyers on side when our purchase fell through.
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)We’ve had a brilliant experience with Oaks in Addiscombe. From first meeting Yousef when our house was valued through to dealing with Oscar managing our viewings to Dane completing all the activities required after we accepted an offer. It only took 6 weeks to get a good offer on our house, which we were really pleased with. One of the things I thought Oaks were very good at was communication - we were always kept updated with what was happening, did not need to chase for updates and I love the way they set up a WhatsApp group with me - working full time it’s not always easy to find the time to ring the Estate Agent or take a call from them so this meant we had a second, flexible method of communication. Really simple but incredibly effective. Oaks also have a panel of people they can recommend to you, for example solicitors, surveyors etc. Oaks made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend them.
