I felt completely cheated. Josh was very uncommunicative. I made an offer and I only found out that it was rejected by looking in Rightmove. It said Sold STC. When I contacted Josh he said that the offer was rejected and an email should have been sent. As a woman I felt bullied. Really bad communication and customer service.

From our initial conversations about the valuation through to completion, the team (including Abbie, Brendan, Zoe and Josh) were responsive, informative, helpful and friendly. I contacted Langford Russell for a rental property I’d seen, I was quickly contacted back by Darcie Lawrence, who was very keen to show me the property, unfortunately it wasn’t right. ...but Darcie worked continuously to find me a property, grabbing quick viewings where available. I don’t know if this is Langfords way of working or just Darcie, but whatever it is it’s commendable, I applaud you.
