I've recently rented a property through this branch, it is my first rental and I have been extremely nervous the whole time. Both, Adam and Jade have been absolutely amazing, as have others who have answered the phone in the office when I have called. They kept me updated throughout the whole referencing process and were more than happy to answer all of my questions. They're a really friendly and genuine bunch of people and I am really glad I let through them as the whole process has been so simple - the placing the deposit and paperwork and the viewing where Adam was funny and really nice and honest. The conveyance was a nightmare, Acorn add always 5 -10 years to the length of the lease,then they harass you to exchange even if you are not happy to , George Leney the most arrogant and unprofessional person I ever met , avoid at all costs.
