I felt completely cheated. Josh was very uncommunicative. I made an offer and I only found out that it was rejected by looking in Rightmove. It said Sold STC. When I contacted Josh he said that the offer was rejected and an email should have been sent. As a woman I felt bullied. Really bad communication and customer service.

From our initial conversations about the valuation through to completion, the team (including Abbie, Brendan, Zoe and Josh) were responsive, informative, helpful and friendly. Had such a positive experience dealing with Langford Russell, Bradley in particular. Overall my cousin and I found the perfect flat with Bradley's help. We have now been living in the flat about 2 weeks and I couldn't have wished for a more pleasant experience for my first time renting. Everything regarding referencing etc was all done within a timely manor, any questions and concerns we had were all answered and we had a responce almost immediately. I am also very confident in saying if we had any issues in the next few months I know Bradley would be more than happy to help us out! I would most definitely recommed Langford Russel and most certainly reach out to Bradley again in the future! Thank you ????

Louisa was a pleasure to deal with selling my late father's property.
Louisa was so helpful & approachable & even when the first sale fell through she took the time to contact me & advise that the paperwork could be quickly amended for the next buyer & that we could come into the office at anytime to discuss details.
So different from the dreadful service from Laurus Law in London who dealt with probate.
Would encourage relatives to deal with local companies who are personable & actually care about the people they are dealing with.

I'm really unsure why anyone gives Langford Russell 5 stars. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed by the situation my husband and I have been through with them. We rented our home out for two years and paid a premium to Langford Russell to ensure we had decent tenants and that our home was taken care of. We recently moved back to the property and have been shocked by the amount of damage to the property and the battle we have to get even the smallest amount of the deposit back which at this rate, looks very unlikely. I never felt supported by Langford Russell at any point, apart from one member of the team, Robert who always replied to requests and did his best- thank you Robert. Unfortunately the rest of the team are useless. Our tenants smashed a window, destroyed our 100 year old original front door and the blind in the front room was damaged beyond repair. This is just the tip of the ice berg. I have no idea how they vet tenants or carry out inspections. I'm frustrated, upset and frankly so fed up and wanted to give some honest feedback for future customers to consider.
