I have always avoided agencies when renting home, however, Acorn made the process very easy. Everything was done online which saved us some money that we would have spent on transport getting to their office. I would like to say a massive thank you to Mantas who helped us with everything form A to Z. He answered every single question we had and promptly replied to all the emails. Ross is the best Estate Agent I've ever met. Unlike most of the agents I met, he is very trustworthy, genuine and approachable all the time. He got back to my request to view the flat in seconds and was very helpful with all my questions later on.
