I felt completely cheated. Josh was very uncommunicative. I made an offer and I only found out that it was rejected by looking in Rightmove. It said Sold STC. When I contacted Josh he said that the offer was rejected and an email should have been sent. As a woman I felt bullied. Really bad communication and customer service.

This branch of the company is giving the whole of the company a very bad name! I paid a total of £5,940.00 for a very sub standard service and I'm very cross! How they justify this amount is beyond belief!!! From the very start they got my details badly wrong and from there on the service went quickly downhill. I will be pursuing this further.

If I could I would give 10 stars! We were left in trouble by another agency when I contacted Acorn. They all have been very professional since the first moment. Our new property manager Daniella is a lovely person, very experienced, reliable, efficient and an absolute superstar. She sorted out everything for us in no time and I can't thank her enough.
