I want to share with you my experience of work with Real Estate agency DAA Residential Sales. This agency is located in the Wapping area of London and has a cosy office where you will always be suggested tea or coffee. The unconstrained atmosphere, professionalism and friendliness of personnel are key factors which characterize the approach of their work. My husband and I were looking for a small comfortable house with convenient transport interchange in a safe area with pleasant neighbours. And finally, we found it in Zoopla. The house was from Real Estate agency DAA Residential Sales. I met with Dirk and he showed me house and answer all questions When I was in that property, I felt at home, so we rented it without any doubts. After our approval the all necessary documentation and procedures of verification our financial status were finished shortly with big support from Dirk’s side. Dirk is a reliable and super professional agent with good personal trials who loves his work and makes everything for every client to satisfy all requirements of ideal accommodation. He kept contact and answered our questions fast and kindly. We always felt free to clarify any challenges which we had about the process and property. This real estate agent is excellent. The residential lettings team of Natasha and Dirk always responded quickly and acted. Both moving in and checking out were handled with care, accurate communication and promptly. When we needed any repair, Natasha who was our main report, always got things done, and done well. Best agents in Wapping? I think so. Most professional service I have ever had from an agent. Reported problems were addressed immediately and resolved very quickly. All the staff at DAA regardless of sales or rentals are both willing and able to help. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly use them when I return to Wapping.... Read more

My partner and I rented from DAA previously. We had nothing but stress. To any prospective tenants be aware DAA have a bad ethos and biastly represent the landlord to insure repeat business with them in the future. We also reported some issues with the property and 9 months later, they tried to claim this from us when we left, due to bad management..so so stressful.... Read more

Only represent the landlord's interest at the expense of tenants. Do always request your check-in report immediately and read it carefully - ask to amend it if something was omitted. We were not sent ours and ended up overpaying because Natasha chose services always at the top end of the price range. We left the apartment in the same state we found it - hiring a cleaner to clean it to which she said it wasn't up to their standard - that clearly changed a lot since we moved in. DAA are not transparent and will never disclose things voluntarily to the tenant. The check out report was £180 (we were never sent a quote), cleaning of already cleaned studio apartment £50 and £65 for a smudge on a sink that we could have covered ourselves and that was so tiny it was even missed from previous reports....
