The Abatoria Team have been first class in organising my move onto my recent rental property in Wapping. Everything has been super pro-active from the initial viewing, contract signing through to the final move. They were brilliant liaising with the owner and organising the purchase and installation of al the furniture I requested prior to the move. On arrival all furniture was constructed and in place, all the amenities including internet were fully functional. The couple of small snags I had were dealt with immediately. Having rented many properties in several countries and being a landlord myself I cannot recommend Abatoria enough they are brilliant !

Easily the most personable, capable and responsive team of agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My property was under offer even before the photographer showed up. My solicitor and other agents also commented how pleasant it was dealing with them. Excellent service level; can't recommend them highly enough.

I was searching hard for my dream home and during my search i viewed 2 properties with Harry. He seemed to really care and understand my needs and called me one day with the third property we viewed together. I fell in love with the property and he had managed to book a viewing the same day. I immediately made an offer and he got it accepted. Unlike other agents I met, he really seems to care and understand. Best agent I met and now I own my dream home. Thank you Harry!

We found our absolutely stunning property via Abatoria. Ronja was very professional and promptly arranged everything for our rental offer to be accepted on the same day as the viewing! All the staff we have been in touch with has been extremely friendly and helpful! Would recommend abatoria!

As a tenant, Abatoria has been the best estate agency I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They also manage the property and respond to any issues quickly - and there have been virtually no issues which shows how good they are! They are not your usual agent, from viewings to negotiation they are always available, fair in discussion and won’t cut any corners. I would happily recommend Abatoria to anyone looking to rent in the area.
