I just wanted to say how amazing the service has been dealing with this company. I want to thank Charlotte especially, she is very well mannered, helpful, friendly and professional. Really the most failed estate agents I've ever come across and I really doubt the integrity of their reviews. Using them to communicate with the vendor was so poor and unprofessional that I wouldn't trust them to represent me reliably anytime soon. I couldn't even get to book a viewing to buy a house, wasn't sure with the details missing and even the picture showed more of the neighbours house. Days later and still no viewing arranged, despite chasing up nonchalant staff each day. Decided to go elsewhere now.

Charlotte and the team (Dan, Harry, Elliot and Kyle) have been fantastic in assisting us to sell our property at such a difficult time. Her dedication and communication was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend DPSH to anyone who is currently looking to buy/sell as they take the pressure off, allowing a stress free completion.

Amazing estate agent!!! From start to finish nothing was too much for the guys in the office. Danny the valuer was lovely and gave a realistic marketing price (which worked as we sold within 2 days of marketing for a price we were more than happy with). All the office staff were great when booking the viewings, providing feedback and dealing with our offers. Charlotte was there throughout the conveyancing process to help us complete quickly and move into our new home. Thank you everyone!! I would definite recommend and use again if needed!!

We have just completed a sale and purchase and it was not a straightforward process at all but the team were always available to help and no request was ever too much. Fantastic service by Tanya, made us feel at ease during the viewing even with the Covid restriction. I first met Dan Pearce when he backed my late mother's flat.  Coming from the Morely area he was very knowledgeable about the area and the market at the time. 
He had done research on other similar properties in the area ahead of the valuation.
I was impressed by his knowledge and passion for selling properties. 
Dan is not pushy and didn't hassle me after the valuation. He is very personable and approachable, making time to speak to me whenever i needed it. His staff are friendly and keep in contact with updates on the progress of the sale/after sale processes.

We booked a viewing, and between our booking and view date the property got sold. Noone bothered to let us know. We were waiting at the property for half an hour before we gave up. No courtesy call whatsoever- in my view, extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. 

Second viewing, different house, we were 5 minutes late. The estate agent, (name began with L), said that given we were late, we couldn't view the property for more than 3 minutes. They said they didn't have our phone number....yet we confirmed our booking over mobile the day before. 

Shocking.

Thanks for following up, however my viewing in question was not today. However, good to know the Covid restrictions in place. Also I viewed a property with no response over a month ago.

The service you will receive from her from start to finish is so smooth and polished she takes away all the normal stress you feel from moving home. 

Tanya has the tenacity to get the job completed and has never let me down once. 

So if you want a straightforward management of your letting or to rent a property I cannot recommend Dan Pearce enough.

Ive looked at a few properties with Dan Pearce, ive found they tend to over price properties, i presume to obtain the business.

Ive found on one occasion Dan Pearce selling a property identical to one that sold on the same row and they priced it at £10,000 more than the other property was advertised for and sold for.  On another occasion  they had quite clearly over priced a property by £10,000 in comparision to a property next door which was in much better condition and had another bedroom.

On another occasion they did not tell the vendor that they were completing 3 days later and the buyer had to.

So three chances theyve had and three failures in my dealings.

Ive also found their sale staff (I wouldnt term them estate agents) nice to get on with but their knowledge extremely limited and showed they did not know the local market.

So in summary, they are very good for the buyer if youve a high demand house as they will get you a good price quite possibly.  However, they also raise false expectations in buyers I feel, which is misleading if its a lower demand property.

As such when buying i normally ignore Dan Pearce advertised properties unless its exactly what myself or my clients are looking for.

Viewings were conducted very professionally and my apartment sold within a couple months.

I can’t recommend DPSH enough, certainly the most professional estate agent I’ve used and by far the quickest! Would definitely recommend to everyone I know, they stayed in touch through the entire selling process, even through lockdown (covid-19). They were amazing in every aspect.

Arranged a valuation for my property. The process was easy and well communicated. Turned up on time and had good knowledge about the area and potential sales. Gave a good realistic price and offered value for money fee. Will be using Dan Pearce in the next few months to market my house. Very impressed so far

I attended a viewing of a property where upon arrival I was greeted by half a dozen other people. The viewing was a block booking but no one had been told. The agent arrived late so we were all stood outside waiting for 10 minutes. Inside the agent didn't introduce herself and the only answer she had to any questions were to contact the office. After 10 minutes she announced there was only 5 minutes left as it was a 15 minute viewing appointment. I went to have a final look around but was told the viewing is over as she had to leave. Throughout the viewing her demeanour and attitude was very rude with several other viewers expressing their dismay.

Had the house valued and got a realistic price. Unlike other local agents who I can only imagine wanted a quick sale at a lower price. Sale got the (market value) asking price as expected. One offer in slightly more but not in a strong position to proceed, so well done “Dan Pearce sells houses”

Harry from DPSH came to value my property recently and I have nothing but positives to say about him and his company. He was polite, professional and just generally a great guy.

On this occasion I went with another agent, but this was only due to the house I am buying is also being marketed by that same agent, so it made sense to align.

I wouldn’t think twice before choosing Harry and the guys at DPSH for any future purchase and will definitely recommend them.
