I cannot recommend Gareth, Julie, and Imogen at Morgans Estate Agents highly enough. Gareth came out to value my house on a Monday, and by Wednesday the social media team had already completed the photos and videos. By Wednesday evening, the property was live on the market — and it sold in the blink of an eye. There were lots of viewings, all handled professionally, with Gareth always turning up early in case clients arrived ahead of time. Communication throughout was excellent; he kept us fully informed at every stage, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and effortless. Thanks to the team’s proactive, efficient, and dedicated approach, this has quite possibly been the fastest house sale I’ve ever known.
