Both Daniel and Sarah ensured buying our first home was a smooth and enjoyable process. Daniel's warm and welcoming attitude was lovely and we felt that the viewing process was very personal and the best we had experienced. Throughout the purhase of our home, we were kept well informed and felt at ease with what can be a stressful period of time! We were treated with a very professional yet individual approach and on completion day even treated with a card and bottle of bubbly! Would highly recommend Daniel and Sarah for their services.

I found Daniel to be excellent. He found us many appropriate viewings with the clever way he uses the web for marketing and social media reach. A small professional service. No incompetent trainees here like those we suffered when using larger agents.
He was adaptable and listened to my concerns about how to sell an unusual property, and tailored his service accordingly.
He will be my first choice the next time I sell a property in the Hastings area.

My family and I wish to express our enormous thanks to Daniel and Sarah for taking care of us and the sale of our property at Avon Court. Theirs was not just a professional service but also a caring dedication to all the processes involved. Running my own organistation for 19 years has taught me a lot about customer care and here I can say they excel. Here is the difference between going to an estate agent that is purely business oriented and an estate agent that gives you the best of themselves and obtains the result you are looking for, I may add that we were not ready to sell to whoever came along so I also to say thanks to them for the choice of the lovely couple who have become the new owners and wish them all the future happiness as my family enjoyed in the last 49 years there.
