Huge thanks to Rob and Stuart for assisting with the sale of my flat, I could not have asked for a better service.
They remained patient with me throughout the initial stages, whilst I was trying to decide whether to sell or not. They also provided me with great advice on how to proceed with a slightly different sale due to Land Registry changes. Once on the market they were in touch almost daily to organise viewings and keep me informed on progress. I have managed to exchange (and almost complete) on the sale of my leasehold property in just a few short months, which is unheard of, and solely down to them chasing solicitors and keeping all of us in the chain informed on next steps.

Wouldn’t say they are the best . When we first listed the property they valued it much higher than the other agents . We had to drop it down in value to about the same as the other agents quoted . Just think they over valued it to get the business.
Once sold not much from them until the end , must say that Stuart and Carl did a good job at the end when things needed sorting out .
Would I recommend them to others ?
Yes I would as they did ok at the end .

The service I've received from Dason at Your Move has been the best. I've been kept upto date all the way with everything involved with renting my flat out.
I was made aware of certain very important legal obligations set in place by the council that I wasnt aware of previously. Each step of getting my flat marketed, inspected and rented was made so simple with detailed explanations of each process to it now being rented out.
