I live in Brooklands following my purchase of a new home in 2015. There was snagging to deal with, but I would say all my little issues were sorted out hassle free. My home is a beautiful 5 double bedroom house over looking the brook, which has 2 en-suit bathrooms, all with showers and a bath. We are now having to move and are selling our wonderful home, as all of our family has left home. We are looking to stay local, as it is a beautiful part of Milton Keynes. £779,995 if anyone is interested.... Read more

Sub-standard quality, I currently live here. The estate is infested with wood-lice and the quality of the boiler (Ideal) used by DWH is so poor that it went faulty thrice within the past 4 months. We had to depend on kettles and blankets for showers & sleep, until DWH got someone, which was 6 days after. Pathetic support will be an under statement. There are other good builders in the vicinity, I'd suggest you explore your options.... Read more

1 star for bad service from David Wilson. Been in contact with them about maintaining the road / pavement / green areas which they are obliged to do as they have not handed over to any external company of council. They always reply "we will look into it" but the area has not been maintained since before winter....I am writing this review 2 months after I already flagged them several times the issue.... My experience and opinion is of very poorly trained sales staff who make some significant errors. So if you must buy on Brooklands, record all conversations with sales staff and make sure you get hold of the costs of flooring, tiling and so forth. No much is included in the basic spec of the property. Oh and I hope you like the smell of human waste from the nearby human waste recycling plant all summer. Lovely stuff. I have first-hand experience of having had a house reservation cancelled on the 28th day because exchange of contracts would have taken 1-2 more days. The property was cancelled and resold for more money. Horrible stressful period of my life, thankfully not buying from DWH was a blessing.... Read more
