Myah Lucas is an absolute star! We had been looking for a new home tentatively. We accepted an offer on our sale and contacted agents including Connells to see what they had for sale. When arranging a viewing of a property, this was really easy with Connells, Walnut Tree MK. When arriving at the property I was greeted by Matthew, who made me feel at ease straight away.
When viewing the property, which was so much better than the pictures showed, Matthew seemed just as excited as I did, which was really refreshing.
After the viewing I had some further questions before I made an offer. These were answered quickly and staff got back to me when they said they would.
I loved the flat and made an offer and I would say that dealing with Matthew definitely made the whole process straight forward and easy.

Myself and my partner have been searching for a property for a while now, and Matthew has been the only Estate Agent to go above and beyond to help us find our dream home.

If you want your house sold don’t bother with Connells. They employ children to do the viewings so are not taken seriously by potential Valuetainment, don’t return / undertake planned calls, don’t refresh / mix up the advertisement photos, get the info on the listing wrong, etc etc. The walnut tree branch rely way too heavily on their he connects brand and don’t have a customer service mindset.

I am not usually one to write reviews but I believe you should give credit where it is due! Had a fantastic experience with Connells Walnut Tree team when my partner and I purchased our now home. From the first viewing with Kayleigh, the bar was already set very high, very professional and friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the property. Both Kelsey and Aaisha kept us updated throughout the process and I could not fault them at all. They were always happy to answer any questions we had and chase the relevant people. Could not recommend enough! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Aaisha Ali is a superb estate agent, if I could give her 10 stars I would.
It took over eight months for my property to complete due to the sellers not providing sufficient information. However, Aaisha was consistent she often chased the sellers and provided me with regular updates. Aaisha was patient throughout and understood my frustration.
I think it is also important to mention that Aaisha was knowledgeable and professional when I first spoke to her about looking for a property and viewing properties.
On the day of completion, I had problems with collecting the keys with confusion on the seller’s side again Aaisha was active in chasing and giving me updates.
I have now complete, although I went through a lot of stress (for my first property), I felt fully supported by Aaisha. I will without doubt use Connells Walnut Tree again!

Terrible estate agents DO NOT USE. Used them to sell our property April 2015 and it was the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agents. Dodged our calls when there was no updates, lack of call backs and eventually I was the one to have to keep them informed as to the progress of our sale by speaking with our solicitors who were great.
The branch manager / sales progressor was very deceptive and the amount stress caused throughout the process was ridiculous. Promised they had buyers on their books for our particular property, none of them actually materialised and fell through weeks into the process. We eventually sold our property December 2015 and lost out on 2 houses in the process.
They work for the buyer but seems not for seller. Connells branch in Oxley Park and CMK were great.

Despicable service. Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance as I had planned to travel from London on that day. I was informed by text message only a FEW HOURS before that the meeting has been cancelled. I spoke to Adam who advised that there has been a double booking and that was that. At the time of me booking, there was a gap in the calendar, so I can only assume that somebody else has been given priority over myself, despite booking their appointment AFTER me.
Really poor service. No regard for other people's time and obviously NO organisation to see the clash in time slots. At least have the courtesy to notify me a few days in advance so that I can re organise my day.
They left me hanging out to dry. Appalled.
