Lovely houses, well kept, nice residents!

Pretty poor customer service. Came to have a look and wasn't interested in any of the plots still available due to where they were located. Have since been called repeatedly despite saying each time that we're not interested. When asked why we didn't want to buy a certain plot the sales woman got very rude and aggressive questioning our reasons.

These look sturdy and well built homes. My only concern is being built on the flood plain that was flooded a few months before building started. They have included 'ponds' but i would be concerned that they are not enough.
