Valentino Savorra has been very helpful and professional in supporting me in letting a beautiful property quickly and with care of keeping me from making any missteps as this is my first time letting a property in the UK. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed and competently put to right. This potentially stressful experience has been much more manageable with the guidance of Valentino. I very much appreciate his expertise and kindness during the letting process.

For the first time I have come across an estate agent that deserve praise and recognition. I have dealt with Valentino Savorra for the letting of one property in Peterborough. The employees at Sharman Quinney are amazing especially Lucy and Spencer. Their professionalism and dedication to get us a sale was outstanding, they both were always available to speak to if we had questions, always kept us update with viewings and feedback, professional, proactive and a credit to Sharman Quinney.

The advisor I was dealing with was Michael Johnson. He was great. He gave me his mobile and email so I could contact him directly whenever I needed him and he replied within minutes. He got me a great deal on the mortgage and gave me sound advice which I understood by breaking down the jargon for me. He kept everything very transparent regarding fees and the processes from the start so there was no hidden surprises. Recommend him highly and will be coming back to him for a remortgage in a few years.

While the company itself has policies that I would not necessarily 100% agree with, however, the people working there are especially nice. Mister Michael happens to be one of the best employees: always helpful, always listening, and always available: from early morning to late night. It is a pleasure to deal with. He has made the experience very easy, and thanks to him the review is being raised by 2 or 3 points up to 5 stars. Highly recommended.

My partner and I have received excellent service and responsive practice from Sharman and Quinney from the outset. They have provided a comforting and supportive relationship during a lot of turmoil in the application process. Michael Johnson has been constantly there for a multitude of questions and has never changed his attitude in his tolerance to our constant calls! I am so pleased with the process and professionalism Sharman and Quinney have provided us with during a huge time of uncertainty. We will always remember this experience of buying our first home with positivity and we have the Whittlesey team, in particular, thank for that.

I have had some great news last week on Friday. My mortgage was confirmed by Michael Johnson at Sharman Quinney Ltd. Michael was on board as soon as I made the offer for the property and the mortgage was arranged with in two weeks of my offer being accepted. He also managed to get me 90% of the funds at a very compatible rate, fixed for two years. Thank you for all your time and effort for making this possible for me. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends to use his services.

My partner is a life time member of the Sharman Quinney mortgage services scheme, having first used the service when buying our current house. Our fixed-term rate came to an end this month and we contacted Sharman Quinney to discuss a new product. Michael was the mortgage broker on this occasion. He was quick to respond and really attentive to our circumstances. He matched a mortgage product to our needs, saving us money in the process. As well as brokering our new deal, on request he also took the time to advise us on mortgages we may be able to afford in future based on expected earnings and savings.
Overall the service was really good and we are very happy with our new product.
