The advisor I was dealing with was Michael Johnson. He was great. He gave me his mobile and email so I could contact him directly whenever I needed him and he replied within minutes. He got me a great deal on the mortgage and gave me sound advice which I understood by breaking down the jargon for me. He kept everything very transparent regarding fees and the processes from the start so there was no hidden surprises. Recommend him highly and will be coming back to him for a remortgage in a few years.

While the company itself has policies that I would not necessarily 100% agree with, however, the people working there are especially nice. Mister Michael happens to be one of the best employees: always helpful, always listening, and always available: from early morning to late night. It is a pleasure to deal with. My partner and I have received excellent service and responsive practice from Sharman and Quinney from the outset. They have provided a comforting and supportive relationship during a lot of turmoil in the application process. I have had some great news last week on Friday. My mortgage was confirmed by Michael Johnson at Sharman Quinney Ltd. Michael was on board as soon as I made the offer for the property and the mortgage was arranged with in two weeks of my offer being accepted. He also managed to get me 90% of the funds at a very compatible rate, fixed for two years. Thank you for all your time and effort for making this possible for me. My partner is a life time member of the Sharman Quinney mortgage services scheme, having first used the service when buying our current house. Our fixed-term rate came to an end this month and we contacted Sharman Quinney to discuss a new product. Michael was the mortgage broker on this occasion. He was quick to respond and really attentive to our circumstances. He matched a mortgage product to our needs, saving us money in the process. As well as brokering our new deal, on request he also took the time to advise us on mortgages we may be able to afford in future based on expected earnings and savings.

I will never deal with these again the are the best for when it comes to taking your deposit and getting you moved in but when it comes to when you move out that's a nightmare say deposit will be payed within 3 to 5 working days don't believe them cos on the 5 day when you call them ask where's your money they turn around with excess saying there is a problem when talking to them then they put phone down then email saying they have problems with there phone line just so they keep your money longer so now taken them to the claim department and getting the property ombudsman involved in the 15 years of renting iv never had any problems with anyone else I will never rent from these again STAY AWAY

Jay is everything you need/want in a letting agent. We rang to book a viewing and from the get go Jay was super helpful. He booked us in the very next day and within 24 hours we had our application in for a house. We have been searching for a home since January and had lots of issues with other agencies, we felt like a burden to them. Completely different atmosphere with Jay, we felt like we were his priority. He kept in touch and rang us regularly to let us know if any updates had been made to getting us moved in. We never had to ‘chase’ him for information. Not only is he clearly good at his job, he is approachable and friendly. We have had a couple of maintenance issues since moving in, however one quick email and they have resolved/fixed everything. We are incredibly pleased with the service provided and hope to stay with Sharman Quinney in the future. Thank you for everything, we love our new home.

My son has been looking for a property after he found one, he left a message at your office but no one rung him back. He then found another property and left another message. But still no one rung him back! I then went into the office and was told that someone WOULD ring him back. Still no ring back! My mum has now decided that when she ready to sell her bungalow she will not be using Sharman Quinney! I do not think this is good customer service

My original experiance was good and they sold the house quickly however that is where the service ended. There was no help with a very difficult and long chain, when i did call the office to ask a question I was spoken to in such a rude manner i was so shocked. When i complained to head office i was told i was wrong. Will never use again.

Megan started off as our letting agent but left the company before we signed into the house. I was amazed by her professionalism and the fact that she continued answering our questions up until her last day, to make sure we had everything we needed to sign into the house (holidays and covid made things take a little longer than usual). Before she departed, she was sure to update Jay on everything we had going on and to be honest it was a seamless transition. Jay was patient and thorough, answering any and all of our numerous emails and phone calls. The Sharman Quinney office, I feel, made the transition to the U.K. a pleasant experience for my family by offering peace of mind and a friendly environment. At no point did I feel as though I was an annoyance or a burden. I was treated as a friend and Jay and Megan welcomed my family, not only to the U.K. but to a place we will call home in the years to come.

I was looking to rent my first ever home and used other estate agencies before in which the experience made me wish I stayed with my mother! I went to Sharman Quinney after showing interest in on of their properties and they made the whole process so easy to follow and quick. Megan showed me around the property and gave me regular updates on progression and any additional info I needed to be aware of. I had the keys in my hand in just over a week. I cannot thank all of the guys enough for their co operation and understanding of my inexperience of firs time renting. Called them once, biggest mistake I have ever made. They werent interested in making a real effort to value my house and after going with another agent I have been hounded with phone call after phone call from them despite numerous times telling them to remove my details from their records and blocking their number, they just call with a different one! Absolutely awful way of working. Dont make the mistake of ever ringing them.

I honestly can’t thank Luca (mortgage advisor) enough for his time and patience. After thinking that getting a mortgage wasn’t possible because of previous financial issues he worked so hard with various lenders to get us a good deal. I had been using a different estate agency for 5 months and after this time I was getting annoyed because I couldn’t understand why my house wasn’t selling. They didn’t really give me a lot of feedback on the viewings either, they just kept trying to lower the price of it. A friend of mine told me to speak to Sharman Quinney as she sold her house within a few days so I decided to give them a call. Days after moving to them they had gotten 7 people round my house and sold my house before it even went online! I was completely gobsmacked that they had managed to do this in such little time and the service they provided was amazing.
Massive thank you to Megan and the team for actually delivering on their promises and keeping me updated. I will never use another estate agency again.
