We have viewed many properties with many agents, but Nathaniel was exceptional and stood out head and shoulders from the rest. He was charming, thorough and really sold the property. It is currently on the market with another estate agents after being with City and County for 3 months with only one viewing. Lack of communication was there key area they need to work on as well as knowing there market well and getting potential buyers

The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.
