17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)I would absolutely recommend this agent.<br><br>We have previously sold a property with them and have recently bought a new one from them - on both occasions we have had great experiences.<br><br>Good communication, reliability and efficiency throughout - even though we were the buyers, not the clients, in the last transaction.<br><br>Jane is just fabulous - if she says she will do something, she won’t let you down, and will go above and beyond to make sure you know whats happening, chasing and seeking clarity. This is everything I’d want from an agent which unfortunately, most say they will do, but don’t then deliver.<br><br>Regal park definitely deliver and look after their sellers and buyers properly.<br><br>Thank you all (Jane in particular) for making the most recent transaction much easier than it could have been for our family!

5th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)**Update** After changing to another estate agent after Connells, we soon came back to them to relist our property within 4 weeks after realising the grass is most definitely not greener! We had a buyer within a couple of months and a smooth sale that has just completed! Thank you again to all, especially Jacob who did many viewings at our house! And of course Jason, I will miss our Wednesday catch ups (laughs!??????) Thank you all!**<br><br>Even though we didn’t end up selling our property with Connells (the chain sadly fell through — no fault of theirs!), I just want to say the biggest thank you to Jason, Ollie, and Anna. They were amazing from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble. Any changes I asked for, like new photos or price tweaks, were done straight away. The weekly Wednesday catch-ups with Jason were always so reassuring, and even when the chain collapsed, they carried on doing everything they could to help. We’re so grateful for all their hard work, kindness, and positivity throughout the whole process. Truly a fantastic team who really care about their clients!

23rd Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.

From the very start, they were fantastic communicators, professional, proactive, and clearly knew their craft. Within just three months, my property was sold. I honestly couldn’t believe the speed or the expertise of the team, but most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised. 9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I can’t recommend Woodcock Holmes enough. Right from the first enquiry they responded quickly and came to view my property within a couple of days. Rob (Manager) talked me through his recommended asking price and the reasons for it, showed his local knowledge and wasn’t the least bit pushy. Adrian (Manager) has been great too with polite, non pushy calls and email communication. They found me a buyer within two weeks of listing with them.

8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)This agency is an absolute joke and a textbook example of terrible letting standards. I have been with them for multiple years, and every single interaction is painful. They completely ignore reported issues. A roof leak has gone entirely unresolved, and I actually had to pay for a pipe drainage repair out of my own pocket because the agency didn't take action to book the service. It would be an easy case to win in court.

6th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)A few times they didn’t get back to me after a viewing which was annoying. They wanted me to drop the price as the market had gone quiet (Christmas time). I declined and when market picked up I sold my house just under asking price.

He has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially after a previous collapse in the chain. But Jamie went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. He was constantly communicating, keeping us updated at every single stage and proactively chasing solicitors to make sure nothing stalled. He truly went the extra mile and exceeded all our expectations!

She was excellent with her follow-up, always kept me updated, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Everyone in the office was professional, helpful and responsive. As a buyer, I felt well looked after, and I'm very happy with the service I received.

I highly appreciate her efforts to search home for me considering my daughter is about a year old without much struggling. Excellent cooperation all the time I have had an issue related to property. 26th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a very disappointing experience renting through this agency.<br><br>Before moving in, we were told that the apartment was ready for occupation and that many other residents had already moved into the building. However, after moving in, it became clear that we were actually one of the first residents, and many essential facilities were simply not ready.<br><br>Some of the issues we encountered included:<br><br>* No key fob was provided for building access or the car park.<br>* We were promised six months of free parking, yet the parking facilities were inaccessible.<br>* The apartment had not been professionally cleaned before we moved in. There was heavy dust throughout the property, including inside cupboards and on top of cabinets, and there were unfinished areas such as gaps in the kitchen skirting boards.<br>* There were no waste bins available we don’t know where rubbish should be disposed of.<br>* The mailboxes had not been labeled<br>* Delivery companies such as Amazon and DPD could not find the building because there was no visible building signage or clear address identification.<br>* We were unable to arrange broadband despite being told Openreach infrastructure had been installed. Every provider we contacted advised that broadband services were unavailable at this address, making it extremely difficult for those working from home.<br><br>What disappointed us the most was the lack of transparency throughout the process. Based on what we were told before signing the tenancy, we reasonably expected to move into a fully operational building. Instead, we found ourselves living on what felt like an unfinished development with many basic facilities unavailable.<br><br>To make matters worse, it has now been over ten days since we first reported these issues, and neither the letting agent nor LSH have provided any meaningful response or update.<br><br>Today, I called LSH for an update and was told that they have other matters to prioritise, and that our issues would be dealt with “in the future.” This is simply not an acceptable response when tenants are unable to access basic facilities that were promised before moving in.<br><br>We felt misled throughout the letting process. Naomi assured us that the building was ready and already occupied by many residents. Our experience after moving in was completely different. We believe prospective tenants deserve honest and accurate information before making such an important commitment.

I have not enough words to thank him for the personalised approach and sense of urgency he worked with whilst we navigated a huge change. The day the property was put on the market, a tenant was confirmed on the very same day. Could completely switch off from the letting side of things and get on with other pressing matters.
