Half a day wasted travelling 200 miles (round trip) to meet this bunch of clowns at a property for a pre-booked viewing. Nobody there to greet me so now I am a little irked. Phoned their Office to be passed onto another Office, neither of which were any help and then finally passed to yet another office who DID know something about my appointment. What they knew was that there was no-one available to give the viewing and there was nobody at home to let me in and show me. Are You kidding ?
This is 2017 and an Estate Agent still can't get the very bare-boned basics together ? Thanks UN-Smart Move, crash and burn !

Our particular sale and purchase had several ups and down but the whole team at Taylors were excellent throughout and could not have helped us more.
I would recommend Taylors to all.
Taylors provided an unrealistic valuation based on two non-comparabe properties. Mainul even failed to measure the rooms because "one hour wasn't long enough" and gave me a far fetched sales pitch about bringing potential buyers up from London. Having now sold my property through Edward Stuart (who provided great service) Taylors are still leaving messages touting for business.
I use William H Brown to rent out our property and the service has been fantastic. They offer something unique and it really does set them apart from other rental agencies in the area.
The staff are professional, informative and I feel we're working towards building a partnership. There is a real sense of team spirit within the office and I can go to any member of staff and trust them with any questions.

Really happy with Sharman Quinney from start to finish. Jon is a lovely man and explained thoroughly the process as haven't sold a home in 30+ years. the sales girls are so friendly and always let me know what was happening. would definitely use again.
Only dealt with Rosytron I believe his name is, very pushy and doesn’t listen to your needs, only interested in pushing you towards other properties which you can clearly see online. To be honest with you I didn’t even bother pursuing the house based on his poor skills to listen to anything you have to say. Will call you near enough daily even if though I asked him not to bother as I’m working all week!
Michelle is an asset to this company. Communication was outstanding she was able to adapt to my busy schedule from sending text messages to emails. She talked me through the whole process and gave me regular updates she also signposted me to a great insurance broker with great quotations. within a week of viewing the property I'm. Belvoir is bad; so bad they deserve no stars. After years with them, they get worse slowly; lost backup keys, maintenance quotes madly high, charges for maintenance that don’t apply to our flat at all, not telling utilities meter readings or letting dates so I get British Gas chasing me for hundreds.
And they don’t take responsibility , try to make amends, or find out what really caused the problem so it can be stopped. Nice people by and large, but bad isn’t a good enough word for the service.
