15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I've sold 2 properties with Jason and the team and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service I received was excellent. I was regularly updated on the sale progression and any queries were responded to immediately. One of the key factors in choosing Connells was that they're not pushy, they don't need to be as they genuinely offer a professional service where the customer is at the heart of everything they do. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

When i viewed one house in witwell it was decrepit and upon leaving the house an Agent Naomi said that she would give me a call for an update on getting back to the landlord and then never did. I had to keep chasing up for updates and i didnt feel like i was looked after at all. I phoned in a couple days later to find out the house had been taken already by another agency but i never got an update to tell me. I then went to connells and met the lovely freya and yasmin who showed me a great house that i then put a holding deposit down all because of their great hospitality. If you want great customer service id look across the street -10/10

14th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)I’ve been really disappointed with how things have been handled. Communication has been slow and unclear, especially when it came to something as important as the tenant’s notice. I wasn’t given the exact date it was received or a copy of the notice when I asked, which made it difficult to check that everything was being managed properly. The delays have also made things harder for me when it comes to planning next steps, and it feels like this could have been avoided with more timely and transparent communication. I’m also concerned that the check-out inspection when the tenants moved out was missed, with no one attending as expected. On top of that, the tenants’ deposit has still not been returned, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall management. Overall, this has not been a positive experience. I would have expected a far more responsive, reliable and professional service.

15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)I have a very good experience with the staffs They are extremely helpful and professional throughout the process .(Micheala Drage-Dawes and Connie Green) They treated us with great respect and always acted politely. she was patient when answering our questions and made sure everything was clear to us. her friendly attitude and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the effort she put in to assist us and we are very grateful for her excellent service I would happily recommended her to anyone looking for a reliable and kind house

From the beginning, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. Buying a first home can be quite stressful, but they made the whole process feel much more manageable by keeping me updated and explaining each step clearly. A special thank you to Ellie, who was particularly helpful throughout. She was always responsive, supportive, and happy to chase things up when needed, which made a big difference in keeping everything moving smoothly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend the Werrington branch to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again to Ellie and the whole team for all your help!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

18th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Michael and his team at Frank Modern gave us a great service from start to finish.They are a very friendly team, and always very easy to get hold off. They completed the valuation, and great photos of our home for right move quickly. They also advised how best to generate interest, advising on the right price point. The team completed all our viewings, which we found easy to arrange with them. Once we sold our house the service Tracey provided was 5*, she communicated regularly with us and our buyers. We would recommend selling through Frank Modern.

I knew she was working to sell my flat for me, it wasn't listed and left! All the staff were helpful and performed their role impeccably. Communication was easy, through Whatsapp and the street portal. I can highly recommend their services.

Freya showed me around the house making jokes throughout which made for a great viewing experience. I hope if i were to use Connells again that we would have freya to look after us 11/10 experience
