Paul, Sonia & Amy were brilliant right from valuation to completion.
Paul was honest with our valuation and gave us lots of help and advice.
Amy was always helpful and kept us in the loop.
When it came to getting close to complete, we were in the hands of Sonia, who was very responsive and answered my emails at all times of day and night. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
We would definitely recommend Harrison Rose for a sale or purchase..

We had such a positive experience with all the friendly and helpful team at Harrison Rose right from the start when we asked to view a couple of properties and subsequently put a successful offer in on one of them. Sonya especially was an absolutely star keeping us up to date, calm and helping things move along all through the buying process. We weren't even their customers, but felt like we were. Terrible estate agents Only seem to be interested in cash buyers cos it quicker and easier.Made an offer on property over asking price made us wait till after the weekend and then phoned us to say they had cash offer and vendor going with them asked about another property oh that's got a cash offer another property oh they are not selling their property anymore etc etc etc

Would 100% recommend the Whittlesey branch to anyone wanting to buy or sell. Every member of staff is welcoming, helpful and just a delight to deal with. Well what can we say other than they do what they say they'll do - with a huge smile no less - and they do it when they say they'll do it. Paul Rose is a star. He's also charming and a gentleman and he has a great team behind him - don't be fooled by their relative youth as they have a fantastic mentor leading the way. Well worth every penny.
Forget the rest. If you want to sell, or move to Whittlesey, GO N° FURTHER THAN HARRISON (gentleman) ROSE!

Paul, was helpful and courteous arranging to put the house for sale, followed all my requests for the brochure and marketed the house with professionalism, which showed in selling the house in under a week. Once the sale was agreed, Sonya then pushed to get the house through to exchange and completion as quickly as was possible, lawyers notwithstanding! A highly recommended team, which I would not hesitate to use again.

Harrison Rose were my first choice of Estate Agent: from the first appointment, they were highly professional, took my specific needs as paramount and communicated throughout with efficiency and attention to detail.
The process was protracted by breaks in the chain and the pandemic. The office staff kept me abreast of developments on a weekly basis, checking details at every stage. They were always polite and cheerful, despite last minute hitches beyond their control.
It was easy to arrange contact with solicitors and others and the agents made numerous calls on my behalf. When they promised to do something, they delivered, every time.
I would recommend Harrison Rose Estate Agents, unreservedly, for both letting and sales.

I would never use these people again unprofessional is a very light word I would use , poor on paperwork , lies told to me as a landlord , no contact could be made with them and when I did contact them I was told more lies .
No inspections done properly and on time , Paul and Linda are totally useless.

I can easily say that HARRISON ROSE was one of the best things to happen to me and my partner in 2013, Rose is the most helpful and polite women ive ever met., our ordeal in buying this property would of sent us into an early grave if it wasn't for the team at HR being so cool headed and good at there job, Rose in all fairness was our Estate agent,Mortgage adviser, and solicitor she was a complete god send and we couldn't ask for better. if we hadn't of had rose behind us literally and I mean literally all the wat until the end we wouldn't be as happy as we are now sat in our house writing this review... I hope you get to one day experience the fabulous team at HARRISON ROSE............. 5/5 .
