Tony and the sales team have been lovely throughout, the two stars are for them, (otherwise there would be 0 stars). The After sales process is non existent and their customer service is dreadful as soon as they have your cash. Nearly a year on and we are still finding issues, aesthetically pleasing and good to look at sure, but the quality is severely lacking, units are clearly thrown up as quickly and cheaply as possible. The longer we stay here the more it appears they used utter clowns as contractors to build and fit these homes. Washing machine and dishwasher were plumbed wrong way around meaning dirty water cant be pumped out of either unit. Also they've fitted the kitchen radiator directly in front of the washing machine fitted door, which means whenever we come to replace the washing machine, we will need to have the radiator removed, refitted, plastered and repainted...amateur.
Steve in particular as site manager is useless, blames all the build defects on you as the owner, and tries to tell you that you're the only one with an issue, when in actual fact having spoken to neighbors most the site are facing some issues or persistent snags. (They think we don't speak to each other! Clueless!)
