Lettings team are shocking at customer service! Poor communications, waiting weeks for responses, no check out report, having to chase them, waiting for responses about return of deposit and being completely ignored. Go for it if you want to be completely left in the dark!

Kevin and his team were brilliant with our house moving journey. We found the process fairly stressful, but Kevin took everything is his stride, was always calm, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. Kevin got us over all the hurdles and we were very grateful to have him on board.

Kevin at Kingswood was incredibly helpful from point of offer through to exchange and completion. Nothing was too much trouble. He frequently offered great advice and helped problem solve when issues arose with other personnel along the chain (from solicitors to other estate agents). He went over and above to ensure that everything stayed on track. And he offered really helpful advice on what to expect, as well as handy hints. We honestly don't know how we would have got it all through without him. It was incredibly reassuring to have his support. He was never out of reach. We can't praise him highly enough and would recommend him in a heartbeat.
