Continue to take ages to resolve on-going issues. The level of communication is abysmal, often 1 liners with no real information or acknowledgement of complaints. They seem to essentially forget about their tenants and focus on selling.

The communication and ability to organise remedial works is unprofessional. I feel bad leaving a poor review, but to be honest I feel a need to warn others that the service and quality of the buildings is poor. The bath is leaking to the kitchen ceiling causing mold, 1 month on this hasn't been rectified. It took over a month to rectify the water pressure. Many of lights have loose connections indicating poor electrics. Unfortunately highly unimpressed and get the feeling they don't care.

Sold my flat with Strudwick's. I would highly recommend, all staff very polite and were very quick in responding to any queries I had.

Traveled from London to view a property in Liphook on a Saturday. Viewing was booked in for 3pm with the vendor due to show us around. Did a drive by of the property at 2:10pm between viewings and the vendor was in. Arrived at the property at 2:50pm and there was no answer at the door. Called the agent and left a voicemail as the office is shut at that time on a Saturday! Hung around at the property until 3:25pm but no one showed up.
Received no call from the agent on the Monday apologsing and responding to the voicemail. The property then showed up as sold on Rightmove.
We wasted a day travelling down to visit a property, terrible communication and service. Please avoid.
