Sometimes they’re helpful, sometimes they’re not - they can be slow and not keep their promises. Responses to emails are slow or non existent and bad dirty neighbours (urine/poo stains, pubic hair, crumbs, rubbish etc) are not dealt with appropriately. There have been issues with maggots and mice that were never appropriately addressed. I have been pestered to change my negative review as they do not agree with it - this is very wrong, as my review is for me to convey.... Read more

I have rented my room in Wapping with Dockland estates for over a year and they have been the most helpful since the beginning, with both moving in and moving out! any issues with the flat they were ready to intervene and action immediately and always have been very responsive via email and phone! would absolutely recommend renting with them in the future !!!...
