Warning: Do not engage with this agency! I urge anyone considering their services to steer clear. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service is abysmal, filled with lies and deceit. They have failed to return my deposit despite numerous promises. Stay away to protect your hard-earned money. If you need more details, feel free to reach out to me. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this agency at all costs!!!

"Docklands is the best" ..our family had been recently to UK struggled a lot to get place to move in. Touched almost every agency in Essex but Docklands is the only one stood up for us. They are very accurate , kind and professional. I could recommend this and no doubt gonna work with them in future as well

Sometimes they’re helpful, sometimes they’re not - they can be slow and not keep their promises.
Responses to emails are slow or non existent and bad dirty neighbours (urine/poo stains, pubic hair, crumbs, rubbish etc) are not dealt with appropriately.
There have been issues with maggots and mice that were never appropriately addressed.
I have been pestered to change my negative review as they do not agree with it - this is very wrong, as my review is for me to convey.

Outstanding service and amazing experience!
I have rented my room in Wapping with Dockland estates for over a year and they have been the most helpful since the beginning, with both moving in and moving out!
any issues with the flat they were ready to intervene and action immediately and always have been very responsive via email and phone!
would absolutely recommend renting with them in the future !!!

A friend recommended Docklands Estates to me and I am so grateful that they did. I had previously used another London agent to manage my property and would not recommend them at all. Supposed to be a 'local business' but have no regard for people that live in the area, they park their big cars on the corner of one of the busiest roads in London, on a double red/yellow line. This causes a obstruction and makes it difficult to go into Brodlove Lane without hitting the car.
The disregard for residents is selfish and inconsiderate not to mention dangerous and hazardous
They have been told by TfL numerous times not to park here but they ignore this, so have little respect for residents and authorities it seems

A very knowledgeable professional team.
These guys are the masters of their trade.
They have sound knowledge of the local area and will go out their way to support with finding the right accommodation for you.
We where even taken on a tour of the area in order to get our bearings.
Once in the property the support continues.
Our boiler broke down the second night in our new home and within an hour of reporting they had an engine out to us.
They even came with electric heaters incase we where cold whilst awaiting the repair.
Can not recommend Docklands estates enough.

Kindly check your system again or at least your or Magnus's WhatsApp conversation.
Anyway, I am an ex tenant of Greenfell mansion. I have faced several issues with this organisation.
Took ages for something to be fixed in the apartment. Always found some excuse to delay the works. There existed an ancient roaring washing machine which was never fixed even after continuous request.
I always hated talking to your staffs over the phone. They were always in a hurry to hang up the phone and mostly rude. In addition, replies to our mail were prompt only during the end of the month to remind us of paying the rent.
Charged us from the deposit to replace the carpets which was already damaged initially.
Moreover, you changed colours after signing the contract. I hope you put the same effort into customer service as you put into google reviews.

Could not ask for a better landlord. During Covid 19 we were forced to close our doors. They negotiated with the landlord and we agreed a proposal and they manage to agree terms on our behalf and the landlord which means we can continue to trade and provide a service that is required. Docklands Estates in Wapping combines incredible knowledge in the London luxury real estate market with a powerful houses network focused in the east area.
They are extremely reliable, loyal, trustworthy, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
I personally highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-end realtor in London.

The absolute worst letting agents I have ever dealt with and I've rented in London for 10 years. Regularly ignoring phone calls and emails, doing straight up illegal things like sending contractors over with no notice, losing the keys to the property then finding them again when it suits them. Zero service or competency with managing properties.
The worst thing though is just the distinct impression that they don't care. Other estate agents at least gave the impression they cared about sorting out problems with the property, replying to an email every now and then, calling back to update after a phone call but not with Docklands. Want an update on the bath that broke because it wasn't installed correctly? You'll be spending most of your day trying to get an answer, ring 6 times to be told they'll ring you back and guess what, they won't.
We came to the conclusion in our house that the only way to get any problems sorted was to annoy them so much with phone calls and emails that it would be less effort to just get the problem sorted, a full time job in and of itself.
Thanks Docklands for lowering the bar yet again on an already abysmal industry!

Deceiving with their online ads, listing it as landlord instead of agent to try and gain more interest. Theres plenty of good/decent estate agents out there, definitely recommend going to someone like foxton and pay an extra £100 than here.

I moved abroad last year in 2015 and was very worried about my small portfolio of 7 properties in Canary Wharf and nearly sold them before leaving. Luckily i found a agent i can trust and manage all my properties and take care of all matters for me while i am abroad. The rent is paid without fail and any works required are done quickly at a competitive price. I really can not speak highly enough of these guys they always keep void periods down to a minimum which in the world of lettings is what its all about ! Sometimes its not about using the Foxtons of the world and using an independent family run business who give you all the care and attention you need. Great agent and i genuinely couldn't recommend them highly enough !!!
