Have left 5 messages for someone from this agency to return my call. No one has had the courtesy of doing so. I’ve been trying to get through to someone for over two weeks. No one ever answers the phone and then you get through to their overflow service. So frustrating when all you want to do is book an appointment to view a property. Having worked all my life in retail management where customer service is priority, I always am very critical of bad service. Having relocated from South Africa to UK 2 years back we were unfortunately "welcomed" with very questionable service from 2 different rental agencies. Then I came across John from Domains in East Molesey and from the first day John took me to go see our current rental till a year and a half later we have had nothing but professional and speedy service from both John and his team. Dont waste your time going to see other agents in Molesey claiming they are the top rated in the area, save yourself the trouble and just go see Domains and Im sure you will be just as pleased with them as I have been.... Poor service and poor attitude. Thoroughly relieved to have pulled out of our purchase with them as they lied multiple times about the property saying it was rented, then the owner completed his survey saying it was occupied by him only (tax dodge I assume?) promising this certificate and this test and coming up with nothing. Moving today with a reputable and intelligent estate agency to a beautiful home and never been so pleased to dodge a bullet!... Read more
