Outstanding service from Miles and Bird. This is not your average estate agent. The team offer a genuinely personal service, plus solid, realistic advice, in stark contrast to other (chain) agents with whom I’ve dealt in the past.
Andrew, Naz and Janine were incredibly on-the-ball and a constant friendly presence in the background. When the chain hit a road bump – as it always does – Janine stepped to save the day with a light, but expert, human touch.
A surprisingly enjoyable experience overall, from the day of valuation, through viewings and offer negotiation, right through to completion – and it’s not often you can say that about a house sale…. Outstanding.

Wow!!! Miles and Bird including Janine, Naz and Andrew were absolutely phenomenal during our house sale and purchase. They were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, approachable, hard working and most importantly friendly. I can honestly say without Miles and Bird we would not have been able to get into our dream home. We've had a really good experience with Miles and Bird. They are so much more than an estate agent, they help and guide you along the way. It wasn't an easy chain, but we got there in the end, mainly due to the guidance and experience of Andrew, Naz and their wonderful team!

Amazing customer service!! We couldn't recommended Miles and Bird highly enough.
Having recently sold our property we could not have been more impressed by the friendly and attentive service provided by Andy and Naz, from viewings to exchange they were fantastic.
We were put at ease immediately as it was clear these guys really know their stuff! We were communicated with proactively throughout which took away any of the much anticipated stresses of selling our home. The team could not have been more helpful and really went above and beyond our expectations.
