As a 76 year old widow who had lived in the house she shared with her late husband for 36 years, it was a big decision to move. I could not have been in better hands. At every step of the way, my interests were looked after not just with professional efficiency but with personal kindness and often help which was over and beyond what was in the remit of Tudors as my estate agent. Tudor's dealt with both the sale of my house and the purchase of the new property. My countless questions were always dealt with promptly and with utmost patience. I would recommend Tudor and Co. without hesitation. Throughout a difficult 6 month sale period including rising interest rates, a lost lease and a risk averse solicitor, Abi, Charlie, Reno and Sally supported me every step of the way, and were well rewarded on completion with Honeybuns Chocolate brownies.

Tudor and Co are simply the best in the local area. For us they weren't just agents but really felt like we know them for a long time! We highly recommend using their services. The whole team, i.e. Reno, Charlie, Abi and Sally are all very helpful and do everything they can to assist. We have used them to sell our flat and buy a new home. They kept us informed at every single stage and didn't hesitate to intervene with sellers/buyers/solicitors to make things moving. They have been very patient and honest with us. A special thanks to Charlie who has been very helpful since day 1. To Abi for her patience and dedication, to Reno for his professionalism and always been there to advise/help and of course to Sally who's always there to help with any Admin work. We have already recommended them to our neighbours to sell their house and sure enough they had a similar nice experience and they recently sold their house through Tudor. Highly recommended.

Reno and the team at Tudor & Co. looked after me whilst renting a property. Right from the off they worked with me on securing an apartment listed with them. Then walked me through the process making me feel at ease, especially as it was my first time renting. Reno and the team answered my queries promptly throughout the contract period and even beyond due to delays in my forward purchase. I highly recommend Tudor & Co. for their professionalism and for going the extra mile – like meeting me on a Sunday morning to let me back into the property after I had locked myself out. Abi and Charlie went out of their way to ensure our purchase went as smoothly as possible in our move from London to Molesey with fantastic guidance and reassurance they were always on the end of the phone for help and advice and nothing was too much trouble. We also will never forget our wonderful chats with Sally and her wealth of information about the area to us as newcomers...the whole team made us feel like family. We sold our home through Tudor and Co estate agents. They were polite, friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. Reno visited us on the Thursday, he prepared the details and our house went online on the Friday and by Saturday Tudors had arranged four viewings and the house sold that day. This enabled us to buy our lovely new home. Whenever we rang Tudors we spoke to Reno, Abbie and Charlie who were all extremely supportive and helpful.
I would highly recommend Tudors as a local efficient estate agents.
