Great experience, knowledge and expertise shown by John. Everytime I went into the office or even called everyone was polite and friendly, particularly Scott. All round a great service and a swift transaction.
Thanks for the Greek work John.
Poor service and poor attitude. Thoroughly relieved to have pulled out of our purchase with them as they lied multiple times about the property saying it was rented, then the owner completed his survey saying it was occupied by him only (tax dodge I assume?) promising this certificate and this test and coming up with nothing. Moving today with a reputable and intelligent estate agency to a beautiful home and never been so pleased to dodge a bullet!
Straightforward, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile, aren't the first words one would think that you'd associate with an estate agent... However, this is the best way I can describe working with Curchods in Esher.
Joe Dewar, the manager has developed a great team and has been a pleasure to work with from day one. They have provided an excellent service to facilitate the sale of our property, as well as provide advice/support on other related matters. I won't be at all surprised to find them winning awards in the future for the best estate agent in Esher.
Great service. Very efficient but also friendly. Quick responses to any queries. We received a lot of helpful advice from Joe during the purchase.
We recently sold our house and purchased a new property with Tudors Estate Agents. My wife and I were so impressed with their service. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They worked so hard for us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
From the initial meeting for a valuation to the eventual completion Tudor and Co were efficient, pleasant to deal with and made me feel that I truly was a valued individual not just a potential commission. There were undoubted ups and downs along the way (due to major events in politics!) but they never stopped trying to achieve the best possible sale for me.
Our dealings with Treddinick and Bower on the sale of this property and a previous one have been excellent. Helpful, honest and friendly. We sold during a difficult time in the market and their advice during the process was spot on.
Would definitely recommend.
I was given misleading information regarding the existing tenancy situation which led to me wasting over £800 in survey and solicitors fees. There was no attempt to keep me informed, their communication with both myself, my solicitor and the seller's solicitor was non-existent and when I was finally forced to pull out of the sale I received nothing more than a confirmation email and letter - the first time they had communicated with me in five weeks. The property was also left up on Zoopla for two months after my offer was accepted.
We bought a property through Newton Huxley and the service was pretty seamless. Booking viewings was easy and they even suggested a couple of 'wild card' properties for us, one of which we ended up loving and buying! After the offer was accepted, they checked in regularly to see how the purchase process was going and were always happy to offer help through the process, even though it wasn't in their remit to have to do so.
I have rented for the last 6 years and can honestly say I have never seen such appalling behaviour from a company, we viewed a property today and within 30 minutes put an offer in, 5 hours later I get a message cancelling a second viewing, when I phone to query this the lady I spoke to had no idea why and said she would find out and phone me back straight away, 30 min later I get a email cancelling the second viewing that they already cancelled so I phoned again, I was then informed that they had been trying to phone me but no missed calls and no messages!! She then informed me that they had a viewing after us offering more money and keeping the furniture, Surely as a company they should have given me the opportunity to better the offer but no they just did it all by message, I will certainly never use this company again and would advise others to be a bit cautious.
