They are very professional and always on time and get you good options
Special thank to Beritan Gun
DO NOT LET FROM THIS AGENCY! Problem after problem after we signed our tenancy contracts. No one seems to know what they’re doing. You would ask one of them a question, go with their response, then once you’ve followed what they said someone else from their team tells you they would never have said that and you’re wrong. After this happened a few times my housemates and I figured we should start recording all of our conversations with them.... and THANK GOD we did! At the end of our tenancy they tried to charge us something like £500 in some sort of fees, but thanks to our recordings as evidence and after having to escalate things to management right at the top of tenancy south they agreed they were wrong.
This was just one of a number of issues.... turning up without warning for viewings towards the end of tenancy, putting up their ‘to let’ sign on the exterior wall to our bedroom at 6:30am, lack of communication with our landlord unless it came to them making money, you call to inform them of something and they don’t pass the message on or add a note to your file... just to name a few. Their fees are also extortionate.
Thankfully we had a really good relationship with our landlord and he helped us as much as he could, and was equally as letdown by Foxtons.
They Do not care for their tenants in the slightest and are only interested in getting as much money out of you as possible. Avoid at all costs.
The staff at the Walton on Thames branch are friendly extremely experienced and know the area. Having had a truly fast efficient service from them which is unsurpassed by selling our house in record time I highly recommend any one in need of estate agent services contact Stuart and his team. Whilst friendly polite and business like they go the extra mile to ensure their clients get a first class service at a very competitive price.
Thank you all for the much needed help
Very poor service form this estate agent, in particular from Stuart, the owner. In my experience in dealing with them, they conducted themselves in a very unprofessional manner. We were interested in a property in Walton On Thames for sale with Arthur Samuel. From earlier on in our dealings, it seemed that Stuart preferred to deal with other prospective buyers that were in the exact same financial situation as us. We made a number of offers on the house and some of the reasons he gave us for declining our offers were simply ridiculous. Our second offer was declined on the grounds that it took us 9 days from viewing the property for the first time until making an offer. I have never heard of an offer being declined because it took too long (9 days!) to make it. This wasn’t even our first offer!
Stuart promised he would call us back after we made one of our offers, but he never did. The following day he wasnt available to answer the phone and he never called back. It was clear that he didn’t want to deal with us and he didn’t have the decency to answer our calls or call us back.
In the end the seller lost a few thousand pounds as we were offering more money that the other buyers. If I was selling a property, I would think carefully before putting my property for sale with a estate agent that does not put the sellers interest first.
Independent estate agents can provide a very good service, but if anything goes wrong, there’s really no one to complaint to (in this case, the person we were dealing with is the owner of the company), appart from the property ombudsman.
Very reliable agency. Especially Sophie was really kind and professional explaining to me and my girlfriend all the moving processes and always ready to answer to our questions! Well done!
I will never be dealing with these guys again.
The fees are higher than any other estate agent, yet the service is abysmal.
The property on moving in was dirty in poor maintenance, inventory totally wrong and when raised with them was told that it was previous tenant who should have raised the maintenance issues, even though the check out inventory itemised them.
When raising a complaint answers were non existent and a month there have been no repairs carried out by property management. They don't seem to care they've got their ridiculous fees now.
After seeing how little they do for tenants, there's no chance I'd recommend to any landlord either.
We recently sold our house and purchased a new property with Tudors Estate Agents. My wife and I were so impressed with their service. All the staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They worked so hard for us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
From the initial meeting for a valuation to the eventual completion Tudor and Co were efficient, pleasant to deal with and made me feel that I truly was a valued individual not just a potential commission. There were undoubted ups and downs along the way (due to major events in politics!) but they never stopped trying to achieve the best possible sale for me.
As a business sales agent they were excellent. The initial meeting went really well, I was impressed with the photos and sales description.
The process was hassle free, slick and smooth. Their team did all they could to keep the sale on track, which was tough when the solicitor was inept and held everything up!
Was just told on the phone, that they were out of my league! Then he hung up, all because I questioned the 5% selling fee. However, after the company reading the review, they called me up and apologised. Well done! Apology accepted!
