Gemma and Simon are hands down the best in their field, always professional and extremely trust worthy. I wouldn’t consider using any other agents. Domans Residential always go above and beyond and a pleasure to deal with every time.

I would not recommend domans residential. One of their employees were seen and heard on a camera in our own home mocking and discriminating against personal mental health issues.
These remarks were made to potential new tenants that were visiting the property. We were not there for the viewings, we were out and the camera records live.
Other than that, they were good.

The best rental agent ive used to date.
Nothing was ever to much for simon sue & gemma.
Every company they sent our way for repairs etc were also really easy to deal with and great.
Domans really were a pleasure to deal with and would definitely use this company again.

I have used Doman Residential’s letting service for many years for several properties. Simon and his team are professional, efficient and friendly. I have never had a problem with a tenant as Simon’s checks are so thorough and his judge of character spot on. When the laws on tenancy agreements changed last year Domans were meticulous in advising landlords and tenants of the implications of the changes.
Always available to offer help and advice Simon has integrity and honesty and is a pleasure to do business with.

We have been using Domans for seven years now - we are paying for a premium service and we have to say that we have had no complaints whatsoever. The service is professional, responsive and of good quality. I have used other Agencies before in the many years we have been Landlords and we would say they are small enough to care but big enough to deliver...
