If I could give no stars, I would. This company is absolutely disgraceful from lying, time wasting, absolutely no communication and complete forgery. They took a holding deposit from us TWICE, the first time saying the tenants weren't moving to then upload it again under a different house number and ignore the emails regarding this but happy to take the deposit again, a holding deposit should secure the flat while the relevant checks are done, however when we noticed the flat was back on rightmove with NO COMMUNICATION again, we of course questioned this to which Bartlett and Hammond admitted they had given it to another couple, so they took a holding deposit which literally means to hold the property and NOT let others view it and apply. None of which makes sense considering they reposted it online, you'd think all the time they save not doing their job properly they could at least come up with a better lie. Now if you ever do get a response from these guys (like getting fire from ice) it will be the most informal and rude email you will ever receive. Do not use these guys unless you like your time wasted, money taken and being lied to.... Read more

A friend of mine rents a property through Bartlett Hammond. They have had awful customer service from these estate agents from day one. I have witnessed their customer service myself and I am absolutely disgusted with the way that they handle situations and treat tenants. If I was a landlord, I certainly would not want to use their services or have them represent me!! All they care about is receiving their money. They are suppose to act as the point of contact between a tenant and a landlord however they do not pass on messages or deal with problems. They are extremely rude and unprofessional.
