18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)0 communication, told us we had to reduce the property in order to sell it however when people came to review our property they told us that Hamilton piers were hard to get hold of. They caused us a lot of stress and hassle. We went elsewhere and sold our property within a week. Don’t waste your time.

3rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Had property on for 18 weeks never once contacted us to offer any opinions or suggestions or let us know how it was doing ie viewing figures online etc I went in after a few weeks and suggested that maybe they had overpriced it and suggested that we dropped it by £40k not one single viewing in all that time not necessarily their fault but lack of communication dismal

I would highly recommend Connell Braintree. Buying a property can be quite stressful but they helped to reduce this stress.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

A recent new tenancy was handled particularly well by Jody Manno and Daniel Lawrence who both went the extra mile for us whilst we were away overseas.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
