16th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)I have to say a huge thank you to Jasmine who went over and above to help resolve a rental payment issue, which happened on the eve of her holiday outside of working hours. She responded to emails, proposed a solution, checked and followed up with the tenant and the payment system. The before 9am on Saturday morning, the first day of her official holiday/time off she checked to ensure payment had been made, and cleared payment on the system for me. This resulted in me being able to meet my mortgage payment on time. Thank you Jasmine I really appreciate what you did for me.

29th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely amazed with the service from Cheffins, Saffron Walden and in particular, Sarah Facey, who is an absolute legend! She proactively contacted us at 9am the morning our letting became available. She then hastily arranged a viewing with the landlady for the same day, 3 hours later in fact, and by 13:30 we had agreed the deal with the landlady. Following on, we have met with Cheffins at their offices twice and received similarly high standards of customer service, delivered in a warm and friendly way. Sarah has continued to keep in contact and offered her number for the future, even though ongoing maintenance is not her department - really going above and beyond. AMAZING!

I switched to Beresfords after a number of issues with my previous Estate Agents, I wish I had gone with Beresfords from the start! Eleanor has been my main point of contact and I can honestly say she has made the process of selling, from start to finish, 1000x easier. So so helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I would often get updates from Eleanor before my own solicitor! On the odd occasion where Eleanor wasn't available, the rest of the team were also fantastic, always had time to help with my queries and keep the process moving. Beresfords truly are on your side and you will not regret using them as your estate agents. Thank you so much guys!
