As a landlord who does not live locally it is extremely important to me to use a letting agent who not only handles everything for me, but does so in an extremely efficient and professional manner. Nicola and her team have always been exceptionally helpful and dealt with any issues that have arisen in a way that has suited everyone. I have been using Douglas and Dean for many years now and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I would highly recommend them to people I know. The service provided is ultra friendly, very accommodating and nothing ever seems too much trouble. I would give more than 5 starts if I could.

We had been really struggling to find a property to rent over the last two months, which was incredibly stressful, but Nicola was amazing and completely eradicated this stress for us. She was not only wonderfully kind and accommodating but really prioritised us and communicated fully at all points. We will be moving in two days and yet we only put our offer in 4 days ago!

I have used Douglas & Dean's Find & Let service for three consecutive house rentals, covering a two year period. I would definitely use them again. As a landlord, I found the letting process in the past to be a complicated, time consuming and stressful process, but Nicola and her team have taken all the pressure off, and effectively each time. Good advice has been provided regarding rental levels and property management. Viewings, references, credit checks, security deposits, tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork have all been dealt with without any delays or hassle. Nicola has always been available to give advice and help on all matters related to the business of house letting and i have found er to be, at all times professional, good humored and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend Douglas and Dean to anyone looking to rent or sell a property. You will always be looked after.
